I have used this company for a few years and normally they aren’t too bad. But in the last 3 months, I have tried over and over again to get 3 items that they NEVER seem to have in stock. The first time I tried ordering these things I didn’t realize they were out of stock because they didn’t inform me, and so I waited a month and a half thinking that they would be delivered through a backorder, but once I never received them I called and asked about it and they told me that if the item is smaller that they won’t put it in back order and I have to order it again, but THEYNEVERINFORMEDMEOFTHIS! So I waited and waited. Since then, I have tried to call them and ask them questions about what I need from them and when they ask me for a product number to reference, I give them what it is showing me on their website and they tell me that there is no product associated with that number even though I’m getting it straight off their website! This company is terribly disorganized, and they don’t care at all what their customers tell them. I am trying to find someone else to use so that I never have to order from them

This company is a disaster to delivery items to the customers. I put my order for chocolate rainbow white and cocoa lite on Wednesday, they delivery on Friday afternoon from UPS, those boxes was in stock Saturday and Sunday, because UPS close those days, while the chocolate was there the boxes full of chocolate were melting. I call CK and they blame the Weather and the UPS but I notice that other Company like Albanese they put cover(white ice bag) to protect those boxes and they never delivery on Friday because some delivery store is close in the weekend. I call CK products and I explain the situation but he blamed the weather and UPS. According the police & procedures for damages, returns, etc I have«5 days of the receipt of merchandise or invoice» I payed shipping $ 70.00 for a good service which I did not received. I recommend don’t use CK products, use another company.,

Small Businesses Beware!!! I’m a very small candy maker in Maryland. I was working with this company on custom mold for a big client I landed. This contract could help my business grow, and this company has dragged their feet on these molds. They have had my artwork for a month and a half and now they say they need more time because they need to work with other companies first. So me and my client are not important enough to get our project worked on. I’ve left tons of messages and emails and no one has the time to get back to me. I guess they are doing so well in this economy that they can pick and choose which client is worthy of their product. And now as a result I could loose this major contract. Thanks CK Product for hurting my business!!!
