I have had the worst experience with your store! I ordered and then could not reach your store during business hours and either could the corporate office to arrange for us to pick up for our Christmas party I wasted over an hour on the phone and had to argue with Karen at corporate to get a refund! Why do you have a coupon offered when you can’t even answer the phone? By the way I was on hold with your store for over 12 minutes!
