Breadsticks. Well, I wanted to make my review one word, which would have just been the above word, but Unilocal wouldn’t let me. I think it does a good job of summarizing Fazoli’s. I guess I could talk about the color scheme of Fazoli’s. It is green, red, and white… the colors of France if I’m not mistaken. That makes sense, because these colors don’t run.

The food is good. It’s satisfying and reasonably priced. If you’re looking for high class food, this will not meet your wxpectations, but it is multiple steps above regular fast food. Of course, the unlimited bread sticks are a hit. There’s very little choice for drinks, but they have the basic coke products and iced tea. The restaurant is clean abd the staff was very friendly as well. All in all its a good quick stop when drive thru burgers aren’t good enough.

Very inviting building façade but it’s just that, a façade. It’s like it was something else before and barely renovated when Fazoli’s moved in. The woodwork is gross and there’s cold blue fluorescent lighting. The food is great but maybe a nicer dining atmosphere. I’m not doing anything but drivethru from now on.

I had the cherry chicken almond salad today for lunch and what a pleasant surprise! It looked hideous, but tasted wonderful. The almonds, dried cherries, feta cheese, and dressing really complimented the lettuce and chicken! My biggest problem was that the lettuce wasn’t very fresh. Perhaps that’s why the salad dressing was so flavorful, to mask the whittling leaves. But I guess you can’t expect too much in Fort Wayne… I’m just glad this place had salads. The majority of the coworkers ordered pasta. They seemed to enjoy it, everyone to the chicken penne to spaghetti and meatballs to the Alfredo fetucini. Hot fresh bread sticks came with the meal as well. Not the best, but def. okay for Fort Wayne.
