Viennese Latte is amazing, people were great! Only thing I would change is to have some fresh fruit, otherwise it was perfection!

This place is great to grab a latte and sit and converse with friends/family. I ordered a caramel latte and really enjoyed it. Latte prices range from 4 – 5 dollars. They offer sandwiches, smoothies, pastries, and cookies. Sat down and ate a cookie and drank my latte on one of their large oversized couches. An appropriate place to bring kids– brought my two year old niece and noticed multiple other people bringing young infants and children. Fun ambience, mural paintings along the walls, a small sections with jewelry, shirts, pottery, and a variety of seating options to sit or lounge in.

We went here several times and just adored this local coffee shop! Everyone here was nice, and in the late summer/early fall, they had such a lovely garden sitting area.

I usually resent that layer of foam obstructing the delicious coffee from reaching my lips. But today at the Firefly I almost enjoyed the foam more than my actual drink! I had the Viennese Latte and it was amazing. The service was good and the atmosphere was enjoyable. My friend and I really enjoyed observing the people who are obviously regulars of the place. Wonderful experience, can’t wait to go back!

I was so afraid that I would not be able to find a great café as wonderful as Whereabouts Café when I left Delaware. However, my cousin told me about Firefly and I am so glad she did. Their latte’s, coffee and pastries are beyond delicious. I mean, totally amazing. I normally get a vanilla-caramel latte with cream and the brown sugar marshmallow square. My goodness just thinking about it I am certain I have gained an extra 5 pounds. Everything I have ever purchased here was definitely 5 stars. There is plenty of seating and spots for you and your laptop. The ambiance is great and they also sell handmade items(jewelry, bookmarks, cups, etc.) that were created by local artists. One simply cannot be disappointed here. I cannot wait to get back there.

Firefly is a Fort Wayne staple for coffee. It is a great little shop with a funky vibe. I never feel out of place. The coffee is good, but sometimes the pour and delivery are hurried or a little sloppy.

Without a doubt one of the finest coffee shops anywhere. Love their friendly artsy environment and no one does a «cap» like the Firefly. Most shops are bitter. Firefly coffee is purely rich and flavorful. Love em !

Love this shop. Frequented here as a student. The coffee and food is always pleasing, the indoor and outdoor seating is accommodating. They have a nice variety of healthy food choices as well as a big menu of drinks. They also have some hand made items for sale in the store. Recommend this coffee shop to mingle or meet with friends or associates.

This is by far, my favorite coffee shop that I’ve been to numerous times, since moving to Fort Wayne! The atmosphere is colorful, eclectic and welcoming. The staff greets you warmly and the service is fast. I’ve had the Pumpkin latte, Viennese latte and the breakfast sandwich. All delicious options with lots of flavor. Also, they have gluten-free baked goods, which is a plus!

Love everything about this little local coffee shop! Specifically, I’m a fan of their tea pots! They know and understand tea and have a little timer to help us wait patiently and drink a perfectly brewed tea :-) This place is my favorite spot when I need to focus and get a project done!

Absolutely love Firefly. I discovered it earlier this year and have recommended it to everyone I know. The Viennese Latte is to DIE for and the smoothies are good as well — I want to say I had a bumblee bee smoothie? Does that sound right? It was super tropical, super fresh and amazing. I’m not sure why Amanda B. didn’t get latte art — I usually get a pretty leaf on top of mine! The treats like the muffins are good too. I also love the vibe in there — it IS whimsical; it’s very welcoming, comfy, clean and a little different than anything else I’ve been to in Fort Wayne. Love love love!

Firefly is a whimiscal little coffee house in Ft Wayne. I came here and got a hot latte«for here» expecting some latte art but did not get any. Oh well. The disturbing part for me was the naked faries painted in the ladies room — like, vagina naked. I also expected really polite service since no one else was in line. Recap: no latte art, rushed service, fairy nipples.

Went here for a late lunch, after the original place we tried was closed. My Cobb salad wrap was pretty good. There was a lot of confusion over the menu, as it had just changed. I was also a little disappointed that the didn’t have the grilled chicken that the Unilocal menu indicated… someone needs to update it here, as it is not accurate. The people working were VERY nice and knowledgable. The cookies were also delicious. Finally, the coffee was excellent… nice and bold.

Parking lot seemed to be a bit of a mess. The place was buzzing, lots of locals in here enjoying the afternoon. I can’t remember what I got to drink but I do remember that it was gone before my friend showed up. It was GOOD. As far as local coffee places go, this one is definitely up there. If you’re in the Ft Wayne area, Firefly is a great bet.

The best thing about Firefly is the atmosphere. It is a great place to come when you just want to chill out for a bit. I like the tea they have here; coffee is alright. This is also a great place to sit on the patio during the summer. This was the favorite place for me and my Fiancé to come on the weekend when I still lived in Fort Wayne.

The blended coffee drinks are not smooth(and they separate) and they’re too sweet or bitter. My one big complaint as I love blended coffee drinks. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and the place is clean.

Firefly is the epitome of a great local business. When I lived in Fort Wayne and worked fairly close to it, I came to Firefly at least twice a week for almost six years. They have wonderful coffee drinks(I almost always get the Caramel Latte, which is good without being overly sweet). They feature and sell merchandise from a number of local artists, which is quite awesome. On the weekends they have local bands come and play, and you can usually catch a nice show for a couple bucks, I think. Their coffee prices are around the same as Starbucks, but you get a better drink for your money. I just love the staff here! They are always so friendly and enthusiastic. Their baked goods are tasty as well. They have a decent amount of indoor seating, as well as a patio area outside for those nicer days. For all these reasons, I still hit up Firefly every time I’m back in town.

This is a coffee house done right. Just a small place but cozy with ample, comfortable seating. They have an extensive menu of hot and cold drinks; all your favorite coffee and herbal/black/green teas. Plus, they have a very yummy selection of sandwiches and soups for lunch! I had the broccoli cheddar soup with toasted cheese sandwich. You have a choice of breads and cheeses and they toast it to perfection. The comfortable seating of couches and chairs invite you to bring your tablet or laptop and get some work or study done using the Free WiFi. If I lived on the North Side of Ft Wayne, I would go here often.

Like other reviewers have said before me, Firefly Coffee House is great. It has the cool atmosphere. Great espresso. Fresh fruit smoothies. A decent selection of food to have as a meal and tasty desserts. The wifi is excellent. My husband and I have been here a few times, and we’ve never had to ask one of the workers to reset it. That is my biggest pet-peeve with a lot of places advertising free wifi. Many of them have slow, spotty or almost non-existent wifi. You can either sit at colorfully painted two-person tables, relax in their couch area in the back or outside on their deck with or without the table umbrellas up. You know it’s a good coffee house when they attract a wide-variety of customers. From poor students to business people to small families to the affluent. Firefly also has fun stuff to buy from T-shirts to Firefly mugs to greeting cards to knickknacks. The only issue my husband and I have with this coffeehouse is that it changed its hours during the summer so it closes at 8 p.m. seven days a week. During the winter months, it’s open 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 9 p.m. Sundays. Since arriving in Northeast Indiana, my husband and I have been on the hunt for a coffeehouse that meets the standards of what we constantly experienced while in Austin. Except for closing hours, Firefly does that. We’re willing to drive the 45 miles to get here.
