The Philly cheesesteak sub with jalapeños is my fave. I had a mikes sub(I actually do not remember what the sub is called since it has been a while) and it was eh. It was bland to me so I prefer getting anything similar to the philly lol The sandwich size is decent but it’s smaller compared to subways and the prices are a little bit more.

As usual the fresh sandwiches you come to expect from Jersey Mikes. But this location is over the top on customer service and friendliness even for Jersey Mikes who’s customer service is always above the rest of the sandwich crowd. I’ll be sure to try the #9 recommendation next time

Very friendly and helpful staff. The young lady helping us even offer samples of the meats… awesome. The subs there made me want to throw rocks at subway. Great sub, fairly priced, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Great service, always friendly. Great subs, soft bread. We enjoy the turkey, the Italian and the cheesesteak!

Horrible customer service! I went there with a friend and she specifically asked for just a little bit of oil on her sandwich. The guy making it still doused it in oil and then when my friend asked if he could at least wipe it off a little bit, he goes under the counter and reaches for a dirty rag… Then holding it over her sandwich to wipe it! She had to actually tell him to not do that! Disgusting! We were both shocked at what had happened while the other employees stood there and laughed. No apology. Pretty bad… We will never return.

Jersey Mike’s is a pretty good place to go for subs. Better than Subway, similar if not equal to Jimmy John’s. I tried the regular club sub Mike’s way, and it had a really nice taste. It was loaded with ham, turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and an olive oil blend. The service was quick, and the employees were super friendly, so that’s a plus. The prices were… a little high. For a regular(6 — 8in), it cost $ 7.50. I’d recommend it if you’re in looking for a quick lunch.

Customer service stinks and it’s always confusing trying to get your order made. If they make a mistake on a «to go» order you are out of luck unless you are willing to drive back there right then and have them fix it. No sorry, no refund, no replacment, no nothing!

Pretty good for a sandwich shop. Not the cheapest subs around but worth the extra price. If it’s busy it does take a little longer but the ingredients are fresh and far better than subway.

Great sub chain, bad location. Consistently under performs other locations. The staff should be trained better

Just picked up a sandwich for the game, and when I got home I was severely disappointed! The bread was old, stale, and hard! Looks like I’ll go back to jimmy johns for fresh bread…

Was delicious. I got the club sub mikes way. Everything tastes fresh and is freshly sliced in front of you. Kinda pricey though!

Not sure what I an missing. This place is way over rated. Too much bread and very little meat on the Philly Cheese steak. Way over priced for what you get. Can’t compare to Penn Station or Firehouse Sub’s.

This place has great subs. Bread is good and that makes a difference. Meat is freshly sliced. Best subs so far since I moved here.
