We went to this location out of convenience after grocer shopping. I was excited to have the great deal of the famous bowl meal with a cookie and drink, and my boyfriend got the $ 5 fill up 3 chicken strip box. They took the time to ask what sauce he wanted and repeated our order back to us. When we got back to work to eat it there was no cookie in with my meal, my boyfriend had to sacrifice his, and he had received no sauce with his chicken strips. I mean make sure everything is in the box before you close it up! There was not even any honey in the bag to go with the biscuit, is that something you have to ask for? I mean I thought that was how everyone ate them! Very disappointing lunch. If I was not at work, I would have went back to get what was missing.

All kids behind the counter, chaotic mess, no manager in sight. Buffet not
This is one of the best KFC franchises around, along with State Street & Jefferson Blvd locations. Well run and well managed. They keep the place spotless. The food is very good.
I travel for work and this is not your typical off-​the interstate KFC. Much better.

I almost always go to this KFC because it is closest to my house. Even though it is not the healthiest meal I can give my family (I do get ½ grilled and ½ extra crispy, if that gives me extra points), I do feel better getting this than McDonalds or Taco Bell, or whatever else fast food. This location ALWAYS gets my order right, and it is ready by the time I pull around to the window.
