I went to this shop to get my wedding dress fixed and had a horrible experience. I had to pay $ 120.00 in cash before they «fixed» it. They knew I was not happy with the outcome and told me to come back later in the week. I came back and I said my wedding is in three weeks and I now have to pay to have someone fix what they did to my dress or I have to find a new one so I need a refund of my money. She said she did not care. They did not say one civil word. The first thing out of her mouth was yelling and screaming she said I could not have my money back. She then said if I want my money back then she has to keep the dress. I left crying and did not get one word in to try and solve the situation. I would suggest avoiding this shop and picking from the many others in Fort Wayne.
