Whenever I’m in town, I’m shopping. #MacysAddict. Without fail, I always need something altered and I have always been able to count on the folks at Rita’s to take care of me.
Usually the gentleman that owns the place is there to take my request. We should be on a first name basis by now but he always remembers my face (to him, I’m the Lady from VA) when though I only come 1~2 times a year. This works for me. He is always very nice and he always promises to have my items done on time. I have yet to be disappointed with delivery.
The Seemstress always does great work. She has taken my measurements once or twice and is usually a woman of few words.
I give them a 4 because in general I’m a happy customer: the customers service is about a 3 and the quality and timeliness of the work is a 5.
