With all the choices you have in Fort Wayne to eat, I would avoid this place. The restaurant was not full at all — we waited 45 minutes for a steak smaller than their dinner rolls, over-cooked ribs, a salad, and potato soup. Our waitress completely ignored us. There are so many better places to eat at than this place — don’t settle

Was very excited to eat here after waiting months because it seems to always be packed and have a wait time. The waitress brought the wrong appetizer to us which wasn’t a huge deal and she corrected after we notified her of her mistake. But we had a party of 8 people and none of us were very impressed with our food. Expected it to be amazing and it was decent at best.

The service was top-notch. The server hit all the basics, and I have no complaints. They are obviously well-trained. The food was just mediocre at best. I had a steak & chicken combo. The chicken was a little dry, and needed more sauce on it to make it better. The steak was slightly over-cooked, but still good. It probably needed seasoned a little better. The mac n cheese was just ok. We had queso & chips as an appetizer, and it was very good. I would probably rather go to Applebee’s since it was in the same complex.

Service was fast, food was served hot, but was nothing over the top. Our server neglected to mention there was a charge for refills on fountain drinks(an additional $ 15.) We will probably try some where else next time we are in the area.

Better than I expected. I would definitely recommend this place. The food is seasoned perfect. Not too salty and not too bland. I ordered the ribeye & shrimp and I got fries, grilled mushroom skewer, and asparagus as my sides. When I tried my fries and it was a slightly warm. So I let the waiter know and ask if I can get some fresh fries. Everything tastes great and I wasn’t expecting to be that great. The steak was juicy too. I would love to come here again. The service is a little slow and it seems like the waiters are assigned different tables that they have to go back n forth rather having an assigned row.

In town on business, wanted a steak and this was close. I had«The Logan» which was a 12 ounce sirloin. It was very bland, I had to salt and pepper it quite a bit. Side salad and mushrooms were good. Service wasn’t great, I was completely out of my coke for a solid 3 minutes before my server noticed I needed a refill. Not sure the restaurant’s employee are too concerned about cleanliness… an employee stepped up on the bar top to reach a bottle of liquor out of the cabinet. No big deal… except no one cleaned the bar top after he got down. Gross.

An update to my previous review. I was contacted by the manager Richard and he asked what happened. I explained to him my unpleasant experience. He was willing to have me come back into the restaurant and I ordered the bone-in ribeye steak with a discount. Food was really good. I appreciate the extent he went to, to make something right. Definitely will be back as a loyal customer. Thank you Logan’s Roadhouse to you and the entire staff.

One of the best Steak House Concepts in the business. Seafood, steak and chicken plus ribs and all the trimmings. You can’t beat the prices these days and the quality of food.

I’ve been to this restaurant several times and I’m finally tired of the mediocre service and poorly cooked food. I asked to make a reservation because we had a party of 11, but they do not accept reservations. The hostess told me to call when it was closer to dinner time and they could put our name on the list. I did that and the new hostess said that they were not busy and we’d be able to get in right away. When we arrived, we had to wait 45 minutes. When my steak arrived, it was over cooked and tasted like hamburger. By the time I finally received my new steak, my family had finished eating, so I boxed up my dinner. When I got home, I decided to finally grab a bite… The steak was overcooked again. I will not be visiting this restaurant ever again.

Not good — not even for a chain steakhouse. I ordered a filet but I am pretty sure it was a mystery cut of meat, it was not like a filet I have ever had. The only good thing about the meal was the rolls. They were yum.

This place reminds me of the old adage: Do you want: Good food Good service Cheap prices Pick one! This place reinforces the belief that you can only get one of the above, The prices are reasonable, service is marginal(at best), and taste /quality of food you are served is marginally better than what you get at the Golden Arches. We went on a weekday night at about 6PM and took a while to get a waitperson to take our orders. After doing so, took a while to get the food, but she was johnny-on-the-spot about the alcoholic refills for our guest(a theme that continued throughout the time we were there), but for anything else, forget it, you would never see it. The hot foods were served tepid and the foods that should have been cold were as well(notice a theme here?) The taste was OK, nothing special, but not atrocious and was cooked at least the way we ordered it.(Wife wants her filet well-done which means they have to butterfly it and cook it usually, to get it right.) Hadn’t been to this place for a while and now I remember why not. If wanting beef in this category and price range soon, will try competitors.

I stopped by for a mid-week, early lunch. I was in a suit and tie, which might have clued the servers in that I was in a hurry, even though I had some time to kill. They were extremely attentive bringing the food quickly and keeping my water filled. I had the anything & everything salad, which was a fine lunch item. I never have been to a Logan’s, but I would certainly consider it again if given the option among other chains.

After going to this Logan’s a couple of times, I can decidedly say the best word to describe it is, underwhelming. Pros: + The vegetable skewers are surprisingly good, with plenty of squash, tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms. + Two good sized sides, with a lot of options + The beer is cheap + The atmosphere is spacious and family friendly Cons: — The second time I was here, I contracted what I assume was a mild case of food poisoning. I doubt it was necessarily because of a lack of cleanliness, and maybe it was just chance, but if I’m going to get food poisoning, I want the meal to damn good, not a mediocre piece of steak with a lot of grizzle. — The beer selection is lousy, even if it is cheap and plentiful. — The food isn’t really memorable, as a matter of fact, I forgot the meal I had the first time. I think it was some sort of fried chicken. Overall, it just was not particularly pleasant to have dinner at Logan’s. The entire experience is overwhelmingly underwhelming. Give it a shot if in the mood for something mediocre, but for a cheap steak, try Texas Roadhouse first.

This is a good, yet typical steakhouse. Salads, sandwiches, etc. are all good. The rolls are really tasty, drowning in butter. For me, it’s all about the peanuts.

I was here on business trip… that’s my excuse for even Unilocal’n a chain restaraunt but food was just ok. I had a steak, potato and cinnamon apples for side dishes. Everthing was cool but this place reminds me of a good ol’boy truck stop. I’ve never saw a restaraunt serve shell’d peanuts. Sure made the place messy with peanut shell all over the place.
