Came here with a party of 12 on Father’s Day. Even though we called ahead for seating and showed up early we weren’t seated until over 30 minutes after scheduled. Then we sat at two uneven, cramped tables with not enough silverware. Our drink order was taken ten minutes after we were seated and they took a long time to get delivered. The plates for our bread were dirty. The restaurant was clearly understaffed for this holiday weekend. Thirty minutes in we still didn’t have our order taken. I had the Beef, Cheddar and Bacon sandwich which for some reason was in the burger section. Regardless the food was cold by the time it hit our table. I didn’t pay and I still wouldn’t come back.

I had the proper steak it was the worst food I have had in a long time and it was overpriced that is the reason why I give this two stars.

Not so good. Way overpriced for lunch entrees, so we decided to order a couple appetizers. The white Cheddar bacon dip was very good, however the firecracker chicken wraps had enough season salt to send a person into high blood pressure shock. Tall Domestic draft beer $ 5! wow. No beer specials. Ceiling vents above bar are filthy and wine bottle rack could use some dusting as well. Bartender was cordial and service was good. No reason to hurry back here again.

Had a horrible experience this time, it’s usually terrible bad customer service but the food is pretty good. We asked for some ranch 3 different times and the fried green tomatoes we ordered were cold by time we got the ranch. I had no water 85% of the time, and the rest of the table had the same issue with their beers. The lady manager was great, but the rest of the staff doesn’t show any motivation or will to get things caught up. This is not the first time the service was horrible, this place would be better off as a self serve buffet.

My wife and I went to this loaction for our anniversary dinner on a Monday night. We were seated next to the opening by the kitchen. Our waiter was fairly prompt getting us our menus and asking what we wanted for drinks. A short time later he came by with our drinks and a small loaf of bread. He said he would be right back as he needed to attend to the table next to us. It seemed like an eternity before he finally came back to our table as we were finished with our drinks and wondered if he forgot us. He finally came back to our table then asked if we know what we want or did we need more time. We placed our order and after that everything went well. My wife had a filet which was cooked to her liking and it was very tender. I ordered the prime rib and it also was very good and tender not chewy or full of gristle. It came with horseradish sauce and au jus which both tasted great. Other than the long delay before our server took our order, it was a great experience and we will be back to try other things on the menu.

I walked in and asked not to be seated by children. They were very accommodating. And later the manager stopped by to make sure I was ok with the children a few tables away. It was very considerate. We had a free app coupon that we got white cheddar dip with. Delicious! The bread was fresh and the butter was smooth. His ribeye was cooked to perfection as well as my burger and both were mouthwatering! The staff was kind and polite and I look forward to visiting again

Just ate here for lunch with our family. The kids meals were just okay — but my husband and my steak sandwich was awful. High prices cheap and rubber steak. Won’t visit here again.

We have visited this location 3 – 4 times now and always had a good experience. Today was a stop for lunch. We were promptly greeted by the host and seated immediately in the boots along the middle of the main dinning room. Our wait to be greeted by our server was a little long on this day, but it appeared our server had a large table and several smells to serve this day, so I have to give him credit for buzzing around the room to try and cover his stations fast. We ordered the Cheddar bacon dip appetizer and the Wild West shrimp appetizer. The dip arrived with deep fried pita wedges and was piping hot. Creamy melted cheese with little morsels of bacon«fairy dust» that made this dish very nice. The pita wedges were crispy outside and soft inside. Very nice. Our favorite is the Wild West shrimp, completed with the hot pepper rings and ranch dip. Today’s order was a little oily but still enjoyable with the slight spice of the peppers. Overall we were happy with this visit and plan to keep returning.

After craving steaks but not actually wanting to cook them, we decided to grab take-out dinner from Longhorn. We ordered over the phone with no issues and were given a 25 minute wait time. Arrived at the restaurant and proceeded to stand around the front for a while waiting for assistance. Someone came over and asked if we had been helped and then directed us to pick up our take out at the bar. Stood at the bar for a while waiting for assistance. Someone came over and asked if we had been helped, and then let us know our food would be ready shortly. We saw our dinner being bagged up, and then it just sat there. Someone came over after a couple minutes and informed us that they were just waiting on our salads. The fact that our Mixed Green Side Salads were causing the hold up was odd — especially when they’re most likely pre-made and especially when that meant our steaks and sides were sitting there getting cold. Finally, everything was done and we took it home. The steaks were cooked well and still tasted good even though we got them to go. The sweet potato side was cooked well, although I didn’t find the cinnamon sugar that was supposed be on it, there was just a side of butter. The mashed potatoes side was really good. The side salads tasted good as well, I ordered a side of blue cheese crumbles on the side to top it and they were included, on the side. We also received a loaf of multigrain bread that was tasty. Overall — the food is good, but the service we experienced left a lot to be desired.

After a few friends said this place is great, wife and I tried it for lunch. What a huge mistake. This was a horrible waste of $ 40+ Ribeye and filet tasted like liquid smoke so profoundly that neither of us could stomach but a few bites. The waitress asked why we weren’t eating and we explained that the ribeye and filet were way too smokey and very dry extra well done. That was the moment our waitress disappeared in to somewhere she never returned. Maybe a shift change, noooooo she was just talking with fellow employees not more than 15 feet away… But it was sad that we spent the next 35 minutes with no drinks and food that was obviously uneaten. Flagged down an employee walking by and got the hell out of there.

Ribs where to dry to eat. Our server got our order wrong and forgot items we asked for multiple times. I’ve are at Longhorns before but will not go back to this one

My husband and I are doing an elimination diet(whole30), which requires our diet to be free of grains, dairy, sugar, alcohol, and legumes. I have celiac disease so I eat gluten free 100% off the time anyways. Longhorn has an extensive allergen menu that shows what allergens are in each menu item. This was a great help to us when picking out our meal(ribeye with sweet potatoes). Our server Brandon was knowledgeable and attentive.
