Louie’s Tux Shop

Went here for the tuxes for our groomsmen and the groom. A+ for the free invites they were great, but sadly that is the only plus side to this review. 1. First visit there I made an appointment to be seen and when we arrived no one was ready to see us and they acted like they didn’t know what to do so we waited 20 minutes to have any service. 2. The color of tux that was ordered was suppose to be a fitted tux. This turned out to not be the case at all. Now my husband is 6’5 and is athletic built so a special size was ordered. His tux did not come in until the Friday at 10AM before our wedding which was on Saturday. It was suppose to come in on Tuesday so there was no time to get it altered to his size. He was swimming in the pants and his jacket and he looks huge in our pictures. I am furious. We also had multiple groomsmen with huge pants (all tried on in the store and did not fit but they were not sent back) So they certainly were not fitted tuxes. Needless to say I will not go back here even though there are free invites.

Went to the store on Wednesday instead of Saturday and has a much better experience. A quick professional tux fitting in under 10 minutes. Will update after I rent the tux.
Prompt service when picking up the tux and quality/​styling of the tux was very good. I’d recommend them
