Macy’s Macy’s Macy’s. As one of the premier and largest retailers in Fort Wayne, I expect a lot from the store. It’s large and multi-​level, that alone should be such a positive sign and step.
I find that often, my expectations are not met. I’m not certain why the FTW Macy’s merchandise is so different from that presented at the Castleton Mall location. It seems the merchandise is geared for a rather mature «cough couch OLD» demographic. Contrary to popular opinion, not everyone likes online shopping. I like to feel fabric, textures, admire hues, and aaaaahh over tones. I’m hoping that at some point it regains the beats of my heart. Until then, we’re just cordial associates.

Of all of the Macy Stores that I have shopped in, this one has a special zone in my heart because this is where my addiction to Macy’s began. Generally everyone here is pretty nice and helpful. Ms. Donna in lingerie is the best. My favorite section is anywhere there is a 75% off rack or As-​Is table. Typically, they have what I’m looking for (in my size!) and that makes me a happy shopper!
