McDonald’s

There are three McDonalds within a mile of each other around here. This one is terrible. The other places give me an actual small water cup when I order water, and this one gives me whatever size is smaller than that. They also charge slightly more for some items like the McDouble. Today I had one car in front of me and it took me ten minutes to get to the payment window. Then I was told to wait in the reserved spot even though I only ordered one burrito and a water. I waited in the reserved spot for another 10 minutes before I got fed up and went inside. They almost immediately gave me a bag once I asked them about it, and it had two burritos in it. They didn’t give me my drink.
Bottom line: don’t go here. There’s a reason it has so many one star ratings. Get new employees/​management.

70 cents for tomatoes, lettuce and other extra slices!!! This turned a dollar burger into 3!

I’ve been there 4 times and they messed up every single time. I said I wanted the fries with my meal to be medium and the girl added on a whole extra medium fry. She seemed distracted thru the speaker. When we got up to pay she was chatting with her friend and barely said a word to me. Next time they forgot my hash brown and I was late to class. My mom who works across the street and always gets just a diet coke says they even mess that up. I wish there were more fast breakfast places on my way to school because I don’t want to go there ever again.

Went there this morning for a steak egg and cheese mcmuffin meal with OJ. The girl charged full price for the OJ instead of up charge. She becomes irritated because I question the balance and ask for her manager to help her. He then comes and lies and said she was correct. I must have washed my face with stupid today!
Knowing better I go to another Mcdonalds less than 2 miles away, no problem. It was charged correctly the first time.
Previously they haven cooked the meat dry, should have been enough not to return. But stick a fork in me, I’m done with that location.

Just went thorough there sept 26@9:15. We ordered 4 waters and an ice cream cone. Not once were we asked if we wanted bottled water or tap water. We get to the first window where we are rudely greeted by a man with white hair and a mustache and bow tie claimed to be a manager but if In my business if a manager treated a guest like that they would be fired. He proceeds to say «if it were any other day you would not be able to order all those waters for one cone, the owner says one free water per paid item» ok then tell us that when we are ordering! Jerk! Instead of treat us like we are just trying to get free water trust me I prefer bottled anyways! I wanted so bad to drive off but my husband was driving. I will never go to your restaraunt again.
