Last Saturday nicks had live entertainment Ty causey and band. It was my first time there, I was not impressed. I was on time had to stand The whole time, it took awhile to get a drink. They have reserved seats that was still open. I was hoping for dinner but didn’t push it. The crowd was friendly but I won’t be going back kinda small. But !!! my Lemon drop martini was bomb…

Great vibe, good music, friendly wait staff. Gets crowded early, so get here early. Drinks don’t skimp on the alcohol so make sure you have a DD or Über standing by.

Actually 4.5. Just stopped in and ordered the mushroom appetizer. Truly the best I’ve had in Fort wayne. They were not what I expected. Management was supper nice. Bartender was great not pushy, answered questions. Prices are not as bad as some reviews have had them. I will be back with friends.

Having fun at Nick’s Martini Bar. Great live music and open mic. Martini has a bite ., try the Bitchin’ Mary with Stolis Hot. Meat and cheese board was the perfect shareable. Lady bartender rocked shaking two Martinis at once. Neighborhood feel with a touch of class.

Very disappointing! Went for drinks and a lite bite. Only 12 persons in the bar and it took the waitress 10 minutes to bother to acknowledge our table and then another 10 minutes to bring 2 beers and one martini. We had planned to stay for a while but had one drink and left. The atmosphere is good but the service at least on this particular night was very poor!

I absolutely love this place! Beautiful, classy, laid back atmosphere. Drinks are amazing and reasonably priced. Love their selection of appetizers. Welcoming staff and managers. The owners are great people and always mingle with the customers when they are in. I can’t wait to ride my bike up this summer and have drinks on the back patio when it’s ready!

Went a few weeks ago on a Saturday. Was very busy/crowded of course. Especially since I think it recently opened. There’s limited seating, as well as parking. Its not quite a restaurant or club. The drinks were $ 8 – 9 and just so-so. Didn’t get food but looked pricey as well. It did seem to have a ok atmosphere. Had an older middle-aged crowd. If I don’t go back I won’t be too upset.

Loved the atmosphere and the staff… but was expecting more from the flirtini I ordered. I am a avid martini drinker and for a Martini bar I expected more… however since the atmosphere was great I will return and try another cocktail

I loved this place! I met a friend for a first date and we had a blast. The atmosphere was perfect for conversation but on the other hand the live band had us up dancing! We had great(well made/strong) adorable drinks, my favorite was the Blue Hawaiian. I also enjoyed the cheese cake with raspberry topping. We stayed late into the night having a great time. My favorite part was the friendly staff but even more so we made friends with other locals that loved the bar(they have gone back multiple times)! We will be going back as soon as this weekend with more friends!

I live right in the ’05 neighborhood, and have been excited about this place since they started building it. I didn’t realize it would be this disappointing. For starters, I’m ok with dive bars and fancy joints and everything in between. Nick’s seems like it is decorated in «Lowe’s Chic» though. Which would be fine, if their prices weren’t the highest in town for everything they serve. It’s kind of like eating in a fancy shed and paying big-city prices for the privilege. The drinks themselves are the strongest part, although they run about $ 9 a martini. The manager went out of her way to talk about why their Old Fashioned is $ 9, and ran me through the ingredients in «theirs». Ingredients are Rye Whiskey(they use Bulleit), Gomme, Bitters, an orange twist, and a Cherry with a small amount of Cherry liqueur. That’s just an old fashioned!(which is fine, but they didn’t come up with that recipe and I guess I didn’t see what all the brouhaha was about). Their standard dry martini(again, about $ 9) is made with Beefeater. Which again, is fine, but I guess for a martini bar I’d expect a little better or more interesting. An order of French Fries? Just $ 7. To top it off, our bartender was awesome, but the manager sang along(poorly and loudly) with the Top 40 radio right in front of us the whole time, which was a total mood killer. I wanted this place to be awesome(or at least average). I thought it would be great for our little neighborhood. Instead I doubt I’ll go back, as you can find better and cheaper drinks in nicer atmosphere downtown. I don’t think it would be worth the drive from any other neighborhood. Maybe I’m just not the target demographic, I don’t know.

Great new wine bar on State street. The owners did a nice job of remodeling the facility. Will definately be back!
