Slow, slow, slow. Staff didn’t seem to care that we were waiting for our drinks while they cleaned, stocked, and chit chatted. Four employees and one person making drinks. What?! My skinny beverage was made wrong. The remedy, remove the whip and an inch of beverage. What?! This isn’t the first time but it will be the last.

Coffee is fine, but the slowest Starbucks in the city. Do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks inside target across the street.

Short answer: fantastic! I have been to this location several times and the staff is always friendly and cheerful. The atmosphere is great and the drinks are always perfect. Keep up the great work!

This is the slowest Starbucks in Fort Wayne. They only ever seem to have 2 employees working at a time, 1 to take your order and 1 to make drinks. Management should hire or schedule more employees for shifts.

This is my regular Starbucks. At least a few times a week, I get my coffee or espresso drink here. The coffee and drinks are, well, they’re exactly what you get when you go to Starbucks. The employees at this location are friendly and efficient (they all know me by name, so I could certainly be biased). Easy to get in and out of on weekday mornings (this location does not have a drive thru) but since it is located in a shopping center, the parking lot can be very full and busy on weekends. If you’re hungry, just walk through to the opposite side — you’ll find a Panera Bread Co. there.
