AC EXecutives

AC Executives is a AC firm I highly recommend. After calling two other major HVAC companies I contacted AC Executives and they changed my old Carrier system to a New Lennox Signature System. The system is not only quiet but saving me money. Thank you AC Executives for your EXPERT advice.

I have used various AIr Conditioning companies in the past and I was lied to about my system always l needing refrigerant. This company came out to our home and took the time to educate us and show us how we can save money. Long story short my system needed to be replaced. They recommended a better rating unit, added a UV light to help with my allergies and asthma. They even included 2 years preventive maintenance with 10 year labor warranty!!! Not a dime out of my pocket for 10 years. I will definitely keep using AC Executives and recommend them to anyone that wants professionals that truly care.

Our heater stopped working so we called them out. They spent about 5 minutes here and said they fixed it. They gave us a picture of what they replaced. They also gave us a bill for $ 250. The heater worked when they left but then stopped working after a few hours. Then nothing running on propane was working. So I go check the gauge on the propane tank and it’s dead empty. We now had a feeling theses AC Executives played us for fools. We call out the propane people get it filled. Now with propane the heater works. What the AC Executives did was get the last bit of remaining gas in the lines to get to the heater. They got it to work for an hour by which time they were long gone. We called and talked to them, not accusing them of anything, but they became irate; very defensive. He never addressed our specific concern but just repeated that they fix air conditioners and heaters.
If you have no other choice and must use these guys I would advise you to stand right behind them and watch everything they do, even if it means crawling into your attic. Be sure to get the broken part when they are done. Take their names. Take their pictures. If I had the time I would run background checks on them. I would NEVER let them work alone in my house. Shady, smooth talkers. Keep your hand on you wallet when you are around these guys.
Better yet, use a different company.
