Good variety. The main dishes are good! There vegetables are in big hard pieces. I would go more often if they would change there vegetable recipes.

We love this place!!! Food is great. Drinks are awesome… I would recommend the cheese fondue from the appetizer menu… it’s cheesy goodness with loads of shrimp and crawfish. The Po boys are good… all of them. Fried catfish is amazing, cooked to crispy perfection. The staff has always been nice, courteous, and helpful each time we’ve been. You can’t go wrong with this place!!!

This place is great. Awesome prices for giant meals and I’ve never had anything I didn’t like. I’m a fan of their fried catfish and their etoufee.

Love Boo Rays. Food is always good. But the service is hit or miss. Today we had bad service but food was great. Service person got part of our order wrong and acted like no big deal. Had to wait for refills of our drinks.

Excellent chicken fried steak! Best in DFW. Mashed potatoes are excellent along with their dirty rice. Their bread pudding is amazing!

I had low hopes when we arrived. The décor is a bit«chotchky» and faux Louisiana… things you see at a lot of pseudo Cajun or Louisiana eateries. We had a fabulous, well informed on the menu waitress /server. The food was really good, as good sized portions, and the drink refills arriving before we even asked. I can personally recommend the grilled cohiba.

Excellent n’awlins restaurant! Although tucked away in Ft Worth, TX it was well worth our drive. We started our lunch with 2 apps… boudin and fried pickles, they were both delicious and from there the awesome and delicious food kept coming. My daughter had the boiled crawfish, potatoes and corn she loved them. My husband and I had fried shrimp and catfish… OMG, both were very fresh and taste like they were truly from the coast. We finished our meal with the bread pudding topped with a bourbon sauce… wow it was delicious too! The drinks were good and our server, Ricky was very friendly and accommodating. He was more than willing to let us sample the frozen drinks and give us his opinion on the menu. Overall, our dining experience was excellent! I recommend to all and I’ll be dining here again. Enjoy!!!

Noisy atmosphere, but festive, not annoying. Hannah is an awesome server. Food ain’t cheap, but is good, filling, and not too crazy-spicy-try-to-be-creole. Wanna order lunch menu at dinner? Have at it. Also a few not-on-menu items. :-)

Good food, lively atmosphere. Everything I tasted, minus the dirty rice, oddly, was fantastic. I had probably the best tilapia I’ve ever eaten. It was blackened with a crab hollandaise sauce.

So many of the people I know LOVE this place. I’ve simply stopped going after consistently having lackluster experiences(half a dozen visits). Any of the fish I’ve ordered(fried or blackened) has been luke warm and lacking in flavor. My husband still gets boudain(carryout) from time to time and he says it pretty good. I’ve had half frozen desserts on 2 occasions. Maybe my expectations for cajun food are too high… maybe I’m a fish-snob, but I’d rather pay for Pappadeauxs than eat less-than-yummy food. #hubbylovesthecoldbeer *the green beans are delish(that’s why 3 stars vs 2)

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was great, it was a clean facility and the customer service was wonderful. This being said, I will be returning shortly for more crawfish oh and the swamp fried were good too!

We came here just for crawfish on a Sunday night. It was a dollar less than everywhere else we called, and it included corn and potatoes! It’s a little out of the way, but so worth it. We’ll definitely be returning!

If you’re looking for some good Cajun food but not looking to spend an exorbitant amount of money, then you have to stop by boo rays. They’ve got it all… Fried gator, boudin, jambalaya, gumbo and their drinks are yummy too(try the swamp juice!) I’ve come a few times for lunch and dinner but I came for Mardi Gras this past time and had a blast… The place had a live band, the bar was working over time and the service was good despite how crowded the place was. I’ll be back that’s for sure.

Great food and service. Their oysters are huge! My boyfriend and I ordered the shrimp and crawfish fondue and stuffed shrimp. They both were delicious! Their green beans are my favorite!

My favorite seafood aka Cajun food in the metroplex(Dallas Fort Worth) the service is key here Always above good to great easily and usually perfect service!!! it’s like eating at a five star service establishment but you can get a little load and rowdy Texas style. Must try the gigantic seafood platter(it feeds 3 to 4 honestly) the Cajun style ribeye and the blacken chicken are tremendous… Ps I drive 35 minutes to get here all the time

Nice place and good food. The wait staff is always friendly and service is always good! I ordered fried alligator and fries. The fries are seasoned and really good. I also ordered the blackened chicken fettuccine. The sauce was amazing! Very creamy and the right amount of bell peppers in it. The only complaint I have is that the seasoning on the blackened chicken was too salty. I ended up picking them off and eating just the pasta. Had the chicken not been so salty, I would’ve given it five stars.

We ordered several apps and was starting to feel full when we ordered our entrées and was told we can order from the lunch menu even though it was dinner. The lunch protions were HUGE!!! Not everything was from lunch menu such as the Chicken fried steak but you can see from other pics that portion is ginormous. Food was slightly heavy bc a lot of it was fried but it wasn’t greasy. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was very great.

Fondue was delicious! The bread had too much butter on it. The tilapia with crabmeat stuffing was good. The dirty rice wasn’t good and the green beans were ok taste like the added a starchy ingredient to make it creamy. Service was nice. The restaurant was big.
