Kwik Kar Oil & Lube Center

I have been using Kwick Kar for years. They have done oil changes, alignments, inspections, leveling kits, and brake service on all my vehicles. My last service and job was something out of the ordinary. I had them put a 2.5″ suspension lift on my new jeep. It looks amazing. Ray took care of me on this and I couldn’t be happier.

First time getting an oil change at this store and they didn’t tell me that there was a surcharge for my synthetic oil and decided to go ahead and do it anyway. I’m NOT a car person in any way so I’m not aware of this and the employees did not inform me of this until after it was all done. Upon checkout, the employee decided to slam my keys on the counter after I paid $ 75 for a routine oil change. As a manager in retail and a regular consumer, I understand the value of customer service– something they need training and coaching on. I will not return to this location. I will go somewhere where my business is valued and I am informed of everything necessary to make getting an oil change a pleasent process.

Clean, large waiting room with ample seating, great customer service. I needed my inspection done, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Not too shabby!

I am very pleased with the service at this location and choose it for my routine auto maintenance needs. The location is clean with comfortable waiting area. I am thankful for the attention the staff pays to my vehicles. Everyone seems genuinely happy to be at work. From oil changes to inspections, they do it all… fast…
