Chicken Express

Food was good. This review is about the girl working the front, she was just rude no. No smile or greeting and when my food was ready she just handed it over i even said thank you and she just gave me a look. Thinking it was just me so i observed her interaction with others and she was just as rude.

Never coming here again… Waited 10 mins for a cold 2 piece tenders. Everything was cold… The manager looked like he couldn’t even manage to buckle his own belt and he’s in charge of running a crew? If this place could get negative stars it’d be –5.

Long line at the drive thru tonight, that’s okay I’ll wait. Finally my turn to order, Yeah! I ordered a 3 piece DARK meat chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and okra. Drive thru attendant said, very politely «it will be at least a 10 minute wait for DARK meat. Is that okay?» I said «no problem, I’ll wait». Finally I pull up to the window and accidentally dropped my money. Again attendant was sweet and said «I’ll get it Ma’am and it’s only 2 more minutes and I’ll bring your order» I said «thanks!» He brings my order and apologies for the wait and I said «no problem». I drove home eagerly could not wait to start eating my freshly made DARK meat chicken which I had been craving all day! I open the box and I got chicken STRIPS! I am soooo dissapointed i want to cry! =’(

If there was a zero, this place gets it. The only way a sane person would ever eat here is in the drive through. The inside is disgusting and filthy. The crew working aren’t much better. After waiting in line for over 10 minutes to get to the front, I paid with my cc and waited another 18 minutes after having paid to get my food. Meanwhile SIX OTHER PEOPLE BEHIND ME GOT THEIR ORDERS AND LEFT. When I asked what was going on they told me they needed to cook more tenders, but at least 4 of the orders that left WERE TENDERS. I asked to speak with a manager and he asked what I wanted, he was busy cooking. In the middle of explaining, he just left. To hell with this piece of Crap excuse for a restaurant. I won’t be back. I recommend nobody else eats here, too. That is unless you’re ok with cold, bad food cooked in the equivalent of a truck stop bathroom. Sorry to any nice truck stop bathrooms whom I may have offended. The only chicken express worse than this one is over on Sycamore School Rd, but if the Health Department has closed you several times, you probably shouldn’t be in business anymore.

This place was awful. Only one person was in the dining room and they still had food on the tables.

About as good as you can expect from a Chicken Express!
