Young guy answered the phone and he was extremely polite «Yes ma’am» kinda talk. Picked up a hot pizza, just what I ordered. Need I say more?!

Pizza was cold, and the delivery driver told me his phone was out of data and he couldn’t find my place… order from somewhere else.

This is one of the few places that will deliver where I work. We had a late work night and I ordered pizza at 7. At 8 I called and asked if they were having a hard time finding us because the office is a little hidden. I received a rude reply that the pizza had just come out of the oven and was waiting for the driver to pick it up. At 8:45 it finally arrived. Lukewarmish. When my boss asked the driver, Pedro, what happened he started giggling and said «I don’t know. I, uh, kind of overslept. I have another job and I fell asleep and didn’t get to work until 8:30.»
This is the second time it’s taken close to 2 hours to get a pizza from this location. Last time they offered me a free cheese pizza to comp me for $ 60 worth of burned, incorrect, cold pizza we’d ordered for our work crew.
This location does not get a third chance. This was a fail.

I have been ordering from the one on Woodway near MCart and Altamesa. Those guys rock. Called the unit on Forest Hill three times and no one answered. Period. Very disappointed. I love Dominos but if the crew and/​or mgmt. team cant pick up the phone and say something, I’ll never call them back.

Ordered pizza. AFTER it was made and ready to send out for deliver, it took another 2 hours to arrive. NOT VERY HOT HELLO.
I called at the half hour mark and got a rude reply «Well if you haven’t noticed, we have bad weather» … the bad weather hadn’t started yet and according to the delivery driver 1.5 hours later, it was a busy night but the streets were clear and easy to get around!
Really Dominoes? SRSLY?
I complained. Facebook people said I’d get compensated. I got a phone call/​voicemail and that was it.
