Some of you may remember my rant in December about Conn’s well I really want to get the word out They SUCK, DONOTUSETHEMEVER!!! I purchased a couch in December and it was delivered without all the parts 2.5 hours after my 3 hour window, so I didn’t take it and was promised a delivery 2 days later which didn’t happen either and now I have been receiving collection calls on a couch that is financed in my name(over $ 1400) but NEVER delivered and I have probably spoke to 10 people and NO-ONE can figure it out. Not Blake or Byron at store 92, not Brittany, Kysa or Rose in customer service and for sure not the poor collection people who get the brunt of my aggravation. Just please do me a favor & don’t use them ever for any reason!

Buyers beware I strongly encourage you stay away from the store and using acceptance now. I was recently Robbed and my laptop was stolen. When I first purchased the computer I was forced into buying the LDW plan which stated I would be covered in the event that my product was broken or stolen. When the time came and my laptop actually was stolen the claim was denied stating that because there was no forced entry the theft would not be covered and I would have to pay for the laptop in full or face consequences of having a delinquent account on my credit report. Do not I repeat do not use acceptance now for any purchases. Not anywhere in the contract does it say there has to be forced entry. Come on idiots welcome to the 21st-century forced entry is entry into a vehicle that is locked with or without damage to the car. If you know what’s good for you do not ever Buy a product from this place. Trust me.

It is amazing that given the way the market is today that I still experienced the worst customer service from a retail store and their corporate headquarters that I ever have in life. After this experience I would not recommend shopping at a Conn’s Appliance store. Even the factory service rep for the appliance manufacture said their customer service doesn’t go beyond the sale. We paid for delivery and installation of a dishwasher, the appliance was damaged during installation and will no longer work. After repeated calls to the local store and the corporate office, we were told that they would do nothing to make it right. They’ve lost a frequent customer — and hopefully many more with this post.

This has been the worst experience of my life. Broken couch that now 3 weeks later is being replaced but they can only deliver at the worst time for me. They said«well it’s the only time!» At every turn the customer service is terrible. The bunk bed I bought was delivered with no screws to put it together! Sent the next team out again without proper screws. Third team came and had screws but didn’t put drawer pulls on, asked me to handle it. I tried after they left and the screws they left are not long enough. I’ve called for that which they said 48 hours to make an appt for that. It’s been 3 days, no call. Manager of the store has still not returned my calls. I’ve never dealt with a company like this before.
