We started using this place 3 years ago, and the quality of work has gone down significantly over 2013 and 2014. We experienced lost clothes, ripped garments, broken buttons, and clothes that smell like smoke on multiple occasions. We gave them many chances to improve, but the quality got worse, not better. Will not go back!

I never really had any major problems with this place such as missing buttons or work uniforms and a lot of people seem to come here fine. Everyone seems to work hard and care about their job. They might not be Joyfull Jill, but who cares. They’re not rude or anything. If anything though, I guess keep your receipts in case something happens rather than relying on their computer system which is prone to human error from incorrect data entry.

At one time they could not find my work uniforms. After several days, they had no idea where my uniforms were. I put pressure on them and found under different account. I wish the workers paid more attention. Other than that, this dry clean is ok not the best.

Very unhappy! Pants had to be repeatedly re-done. Shirts were returned covered with black dust under the plastic. They ripped the collar on one of my shirts and claimed it was normal wear and tear. I ve never had a cleaner ruin a shirt until now. I gave them many chances to improve. I won t return.
