Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff at this Enterprise was extremely helpful to me. My daughter and I picked up a jeep wrangler at the Love Field location. The Jeep wasn’t meeting our needs for many reasons and I stopped in this location on 7^th Street (close to TCU) the next day. They were friendly and didn’t question my request for a vehicle change. They sent me off with a much better vehicle for loading/​unloading people and dorm room stuff. They were very efficient and I feel they went over and above my expectations. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise location and look forward to my next rental.

Don’t count on the pick-​up service.

Terrible renting experience. Had to rent a car because mine is going in the shop. Had to provide a multitude of documentation in order to pay with my debit card. what kind of world do we live in where you are penalized for paying cash?!? Also, added a $ 150 «hold» since I paid cash. Also waiting now for the car to be ready although I reserved for noon and I’ve now been here almost an hour.
I will never use this location again.

Beware of the $ 250 hold they place on your credit card without telling you. It’s on their website so make sure you read it.

Espexially pick up service is so quick. If I don’t like my car they always change it. They always help me about everything I need. thank you!

these guys are extememly helpful and curteous. I rent from them 2 or more time a month. They do get busy and a little short handed. But even when I had a questionable experience, they did all they could to make it right. I always go back

We were set up with a reservation through our insurance company when we had to have some repairs done on one of our vehicles. When we went to this location to redeem our reservation they didn’t have any vehicles to choose from. The young lady told us that she would have the vehicle of our choice available after 4 pm that day and would call us when available. We never received a call and returned to this location the following morning in hopes of picking up the vehicle we reserved the previous day. Much to our surprise there was no reservation made the previous day but they had a vehicle at the location down town for us. So we followed the young man to the other location and were presented with our vehicle. Not only was the registration expired but so was the inspection. We were given two choices at this point. Drive the vehicle and enterprise would pay for any tickets we received or come back later and they would have everything up to date. Hopefully the first option sounds as ridiculous to those who read this as it did to me and my family.
Bottom line is I have never experienced such poor execution and management as I have with this particular enterprise location. We are still with out a rental vehicle and am pretty sure one won’t be available till the following day which at that point our vehicle will be ready at the shop. I’ll never refer anyone here as the level of organization and lack of communication is sub par at best. Deal with these people at your own risk folks.

Had a problem getting my rental car from another location. They closed at the time that I was scheduled to pick up my car. Called Enterprise Customer Service and they changed my reservation to pick up at this 7^th street location. The woman that answered the phone was very adamant that they had no cars available. Over and over again I was told that there were no cars that I needed available, even though I had just spoken to their customer service! I was then put on hold for over 10 minutes and then hung up on!
I called back later a second time, just to get a price quote of a car and was again put on hold for 7+ minutes. TERRIBLE Customer service!!!

Office staff is friendly but the cars are not in good shape. The day i rented they were really busy (more renters than cars) but I ended up with a free upgrade so i didn’t mind waiting for the car to be ready. The second day of my rental the check engine light came on – the car barely has 10 000 miles on it! I took it back the next business day and they didn’t offer to refund that day (bc the car didn’t stop on the road) and tried to make me pay for the missing gas. The counter guy worked with me a bit so i didn’t have to pay for the extra gas. Apparently the gas cap wasn’t fully closed and that can cause that light to come on. I never had the chance to refuel so I’m guessing the person before did it… not sure.
To wrap this review up, the service was fine but i wish they checked the cars more throughly before renting them out. I should have adhered to the Google reviews. It wasn’t a completely horrible experience but it wasn’t great either. However, I will continue to rent from Avis/​Budget where they do maintenance in house.
