Cole helped me figure out a huge shipping puzzle and took his time with helping me and the others in the store. He is attentive to detail and a huge bonus for this company to have!

They acted annoyed at my presence just walking in the door. Not rude just blahhhh. No, «hi, how may I help you?» And when i was walking out the door no «thank you» «have a nice day» Nada! I wished them a nice day. All I got was a frown and a «you too»

I’ve been here numerous occasions and all times the staff have been super friendly & helpful. I even managed to freeze their printer /​copier the last time and they sorted it and printed out my documents at the desk without delay.

I’m impressed. Had a bulky down comforter I wanted to mail in the back of my car, and happened to be on S Hulen when I saw the Fedex sign. VERY friendly staff helped to find a packing box, get the comforter stuffed inside, taped, mailing address shipped and ready to go in just a few minutes. I would definitely come back here to ship my holiday packages. Knowledgable, fast, and fun service. Nicely done Fedex.

This is a fairly stripped down location, even given the limited purview of what FedEx centers do these days: a single computer station, a fax machine, one wall of office supplies. Typically but one purple shirt behind the counter at a given time. That’s the downside.
The upside is that while it’s a smaller strip center locale, its position a little bit off of the beaten path on South Hulen means that it’s pretty straightforward to get in and get down to business (literally: business). When I needed to make a couple of quick printouts and dash off a rapidfire fax on my stop in, getting that part done was a fairly incomplex endeavor.
Know that with the one employee you may find that you have to wait a little bit if anyone else wanders in and you need some desk assistance (like when I was waiting to pay for using the fax machine), but other than that, if your needs are pretty simple, you should be able to sort them out here. Get it? Collation jokes. Awesome.

This location isn’t well staffed as the other’s during this time of year. They have some cute decorative packages and boxes for shipping. The printing service quality is very good and the turnaround time to receive back isn’t that bad. Very competitive business rates.
