FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I’m only reviewing to leave a tip for anyone that doesn’t already know (because I didn’t know).
I came in here this past Saturday–
I had to deliver some mail (a certification renewal payment and paperwork) to Austin, the address was a P.O. box address. When I arrived at this office the Associate working at the front told me that I would have to go to the FedEx on Mark IV, because THEY deliver to P.O. boxes but this location did not.
I drove to the FedEx office on Mark IV. There they had a machine that I can print the stamp to deliver my letter. The associate was busy and there was a line, and I thought it would be faster to go through the machine instead of waiting in line.
I filled in the information, who it was being sent to.
Not one time did it say anything about not mailing to P.O. Box…
Then yesterday — I get a call from Austin saying they have received my mail. FedEx sent it to the closest address to my P.O. Box. The call was from the front desk at the office.
She asked me where I wanted to send it to because the FedEx guy dropped it off there and told her they don’t deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Luckily come to find out, it’s the office in which the department that I was sending the letter to is located and the wonderful woman at the front desk was able to send it to that department through inter-​department mail (I think that’s what she called it).
I called back this FedEx office to let them know to make sure that associate doesn’t send anyone else to Mark VI for services that FedEx doesn’t even offer.
In addition to that however… Now I have an addition $ 21 charge on my account from FedEx…
PLUS the $ 8 that I paid to mail the letter.
FedEx needs to get their ish together.

Due to the high counter and tall computer they have stationed near the front of the store, it’s hard to tell if anyone is on duty, until you walk farther into the store, someone will usually arise from the back.
I’ve always been able to email documents to the store to print immediately. FedEx is convenient for larger print jobs, however I wouldn’t suggest using their computers to access the internet. You pay per minute, but most of the time you’re waiting on web pages to load or for the slow computer to catch up. Definitely rely on doing any document editing at home, prior to arriving and getting your print needs taken care of.
FedEx staff have been quick about my print needs. I’ll be back again. However, just like any other employee, these are humans too, and humans just aren’t perfect.

This FedEx location came to my rescue. Donny, KeeKee, and Brian were all extremely helpful to a woman in need. I had an item that had to be shipped today and also to fax over an important document and they gladly helped and were very calm and stress-​free. Many tears were shed prior to arriving at this location. Thankfully these three angels were able to help me and were completely more than what I anticipated. Thank you guys for making my shipping and faxing needs so easy and being as helpful as you were.

Although the location that this FedEx is in is «so-​so», the store itself meets my shipping and other business needs. I mention so-​so due to it being located right off of Western Center Rd. and the I-​35 North ramp and slightly hidden next to a large AT&T store and other smaller venues.
Nonetheless, the customer service is very good and the hours are reasonable. Although I have a Post & Parcel store close to where I live, I prefer coming to this Fedex office when I need guaranteed deliver of a package and at reasonable price expectations.
