Was there on 9÷19÷15 made appointment for 3pm to get oil changed it took almost 2 hours. This was on a brand-​new 2015 Nissan Altima. They don’t care about people’s time. I was just thinking it was a bad day for them so I made a appointment for my wife 2008 Ford Expedition on 9÷20÷15 at 11am here now and it’s looking like the same thing. They just don’t care about anyone’s time.

Their work is fine I suppose, but I always feel deceived and a bit manipulated when it comes to pricing. I can’t say I trust them. Will likely look for an alternate shop for my repairs in the future. I just feel like they don’t shoot straight with you. But I guess most auto repair shops are like that.
