IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!!
This location is AWFUL! If it weren’t for it being so close to my work, and my clients begging for it every weekend, I would NEVER come back. Every time I come here, my order is ALWAYS wrong!
Today I went through the drive-​through for a simple order (because I trust them with nothing more). I sat in the line for easily 15 – 20 minutes. I ordered at the menu through the speaker. When I got to the first window, my order was completely wrong. We corrected it, and I went to the next window. She asked me what my drink was (ISNT IT ON THE SCREEN RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU?!) but I repeated my drink order for her. She got it correct (YAY! The only thing they got right!), and asked me to wait for my order. I got a wrap, I wasn’t expecting it to be ready immediately. No worries. I waited a good five more minutes. Finally, I get my brown bag, and drive away (BIG MISTAKE, ALWAYS CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE WINDOW) because I’m so frustrated. I get back to my work, open my bag, and what do I see? NOT MY ORDER. Not even close. So I call the store, and explain the situation. The lady on the phone (Laura, was her name) was apologetic in a put-​off way. She told me to come back and get my order again. No, thanks.
I am so frustrated with this location, and honesty, I personally will not be eating, or getting food from here again. This is just ridiculous.
Came back to get my meal that I actually ordered. But seriously, I shouldn’t have to return at all.
Y’all have the worst customer service out of anywhere I have EVER been. All employees I dealt with had the WORST attitudes I have ever had directed towards me. I did nothing wrong. YOU DID. Stop treating me as if I’m an inconvenience. And when you still got my order wrong (didn’t give me one of my purchased items) you got all upset that you had to go back inside to get it for me. This is by far the biggest joke of a fast food «restaurant.» Don’t worry, I’ll be telling everyone I know not to go here. This is ridiculous.

Ok this is the second time I have received POOR customer service at this McDonald’s. The guy they have taking orders was ridiculously rude! I mentioned it to the young lady at pick-​up window and she says the he is mad because he has to take orders…

Despite of the place not been busy when I showed up. I got my ordered in, paid and pick-​up my order. Fast serves and the staff were friendly over friendly guess they read the reviews.
I checked my bag and everything was there except for ketchup, but they won’t give it to you unless you ask for some. My bag was nicely packed, even got napkins.
The food: well again got my burger with onions, those little pieces of onion you have to scrape off. After ordered with no onion, funny thing had a sticker of «special order». Both orders of fries were soggy and cold, like they been sitting for a while. I should have known better. But hey a improvement from to.

Super busy, not great of a parking lot either, if you have small children careful to watch after them so their not struck by a vehicle, you have to pass busy drive thru to get to the entrance,

You better check your order before you leave the window. I ordered three Fish and two cokes, get to the 1^st window and she says it’s 9 bucks. I said are you sure you have 3 Fish on that order? Yep.
You know the rest.
Worst thing is… I was the bad guy when I pulled back up to the window again even though I was kinda of nice about.

This is one of the busiest McDonald’s around and has been here forever. They have re-​modeled several times over the years. It’s typical of what you’d expect from McDonald’s and they have a great play area for the kids.
