Way better than i thought it was going to be. Some of it was cheesy. Improv well done. Theater is out dated and the drink selections are horrible. Parking is all around in the garages. it was $ 20 a ticket and they did an intermission. Lots of audience participation… so well done. Great idea for a date or group of peeps.

Wow! Better than I expected. If you haven’t been, what are you waiting on? The audience participates in the show by writing ideas and words on note cards that are implemented into each act. I laughed through all of the show. Get there early to get your first come first serve seat. Of course, there isn’t a bad seat in the theater. They have a bar in the lobby that serves beer and mixed drinks. There is also valet parking too. I did have one issue during my experience here. During the play, several people would get up to get drinks and walk right in front of the act! At one point, the actors stopped the show and confronted and even mocked their immature behavior. Now that was funny! I can’t blame the actors; they work with what they have and do it very well. There is only one way in to the theater, and it’s at exit stage left. So, when people get up to go to restroom or get drinks, you can’t help but not be distracted by it. Besides all of this«Me Generation» disrupting the show, the performance was outstanding. I would still recommend this place to others because you will have such a great time!

This was just ok. My husband and I stayed in ft worth before and went to hyena’s which was absolutely hilarious. We decided to give four day weekend a try this time and we were very disappointed. We wanted to really laugh and the jokes just weren’t that funny. There is some talent in the show but all in all, just not that funny.

Four Day Weekend is GREAT the first time you go. It’s good the second time you go. And then after that, you’ve pretty much seen it all. They follow the same guidelines for every show. The skits are pretty much the same with just a few words tweaked. They do use audience members and their suggestions, which makes it just a little bit different each time — but not enough for it to be funny more than once or twice. I’d recommend going with a group of your friends and then never going again.

Had a great time! I recommend this show all I can. For 20 dollars, I laughed for 90 minutes straight and we all need a good laugh. It’s PG13+, so leave the kids at home and enjoy!

One of the best entertainment bargains in town. $ 20 for 90 minutes of non-stop laughs is great value. We’ve been several times and while there are some recurring motifs, they keep things fresh and varied. It’s good for two people, but the more people you have, the greater the fun. Most — if not all — shows sell out days in advance, so don’t wait until the last minute to buy tickets.

These guys are hilarious and definitely entertaining! I’ve been twice and loved it. Improv comedy is by far the best form of comedy in my opinion and these guys do it best. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is because both times I’ve been and from others stories about the show, it’s the same skits every time. Of course the dialogue and plots are different because everything is audience inspired but either way it’s still the same outline every show. It wod be nice to see new skits so that it continues to be exciting for returning audience members.

MY absolute favorite spot. If you want smart, witty, sophisticated humor that ties in well with the audience… go to the 7pm show at Four Day Weekend. Always impressed how they keep the early shows mostly clean in terms of language and such and still make things highly entertaining. Things get a bit more wheels off during the late show but still it is above the levels most other places go. Shock and awe type improv places always annoy me because all I think is that they can’t think of anything funny to say so they just try to be offensive and get the awkward laughs. Never had that feel at Four Day. They have a good time and enjoy what they do. The MC and music are perfect. Not a bad seat in the house. Sit near the front if you want a good chance at being included in an act. Buy tickets ahead of time online. A lot of times they will be out in the lobby afterwards for you to chat and get pictures with them. Worth the drive, even for a guy like me in Plano. For $ 20, I’ve always had a great time and so have my friends.

Four Day Weekend, on the whole, is well worth the ticket price. Come to see the show at least once. It’s a great date night or evening out with friends. The theater consists of rows of seats with a stage view. The performers are funny and the show is reasonably clean if that’s important to you. All the seats are good ones, and there’s some interaction with the audience. Everyone gets to write suggestions on notecards that may be used throughout the show. Arrive early. Buy tickets online beforehand. My only issue is that after going two or three times you’ve seen it all, the show’s format stays the same although it does adjust each show depending on the material the audience gives them to work with. I like to go every couple of years or so, helps the material stay fresh. Fun times! About a two hour show, plan dinner before or after.

Funny improv comedy show that performs using pre-written words/phrases from the audience as a guide for their material. They also incorporated audience members into the show from time-to-time. At different moments, I did find myself genuinely impressed at how they were able to ad lib something into the show that the audience had written down. Tickets are $ 20 per person and I think they have 7pm and 10pm show on the weekends. There are no reserved seats when you purchase your tickets, so arrive early if you’re someone who likes to get the best possible seat. We had a party of 5 with some of us arriving 30 min early and we were able to get seats on the front row… all together. The show I attended ran for about 1 hour and 40 min with a brief intermission where patrons could grab a drink at the bar just outside the theatre space. The location of Four Day Weekend is prime in that there seemed to be other cool spots to find yourself wandering into… from clothing shops to jazz lounges. There are parking lots and garages that allow for very little foot journey, and on a Saturday night, the nearest parking lot was free. If you’re running late to the show and find that the box office is closed, just head upstairs, the bartender upstairs will have your ticket. Entertaining; I’d return; give it a whirl!

I think this show would have been funnier to me had I been with a large group of friends. I think a lot of the ideas on the cards were inside jokes-which really was part of the fun for those groups– but was still a great show. These guys really know how to keep the crowd engaged!

The first time we came to see FDW we got seats at the end of the fourth row. The performance was great, hilarious, witty. The next time we came to see FWD, we didn’t get the best seats and sat towards the back. I couldn’t enjoy the show because the audience was so disruptive. People were blatantly cursing and carrying on loud conversations, people using cell phones. The drunk people shushing each other weren’t very helpful either. I very disappointed and wish I could’ve enjoyed the show.

Love, love, love this place! I have been coming here since I was 18 and I’m 28 now. Over ten years the guys continue to be so funny that I have no choice but to come back. Four Day Weekend is a great way to start your evening. It’s only $ 20 for an amazing show that will put your whole group in a great mood. They do so many improvs from audience suggestions that it is highly likely one of your group’s suggestions will be chosen and that is when the guys seem extra funny! Pro tips: 1) Purchase tickets online so you don’t have to worry about them being sold out. 2) Get there 15 – 30 minutes early so you have time to write down suggestions and get drinks(the bar is small but has everything) 3) Be prepared with words and phrases to write on the sticky notes and index cards. We always make a note in my phone while we are at dinner so we are prepared when we arrive. 4) There are no «bad» seats. The show is great from anywhere you sit and you are just as likely to be picked on in the back row as the front. If you are picky about your seats though, see pro tip #2.

Improv had a great staff and was very witty. They were able to mix all the suggestions in pretty well you can tell they were experienced. Crowd was annoying, drunk people in the front who would comment on every act or jump into everyone’s conversation even after being asked nicely by the cast to quite down, then they kept going and then the cast had to shut that down, damn those women were rude, completely killed my happy vibe there. Plan on going back for an even better experience. Lots of laughs! They bring the audience into the act also, so that was pretty neat.

Think«Whose Line Is It Anyway?»… That’s Four Day Weekend. For $ 20 per ticket you can have a super fun evening and laugh your butt off watching these crazy guys come up with the silliest things on the fly. They’re improv masters — and you will seriously be impressed at how creative they can be. The audience writes the show — post-it notes are positioned at the front of the stage and before the show starts you can contribute ideas to the show — then the cast incorporates your ideas into the act. Get ready to laugh! They are only open on Friday and Saturday nights and they do a total of 4 shows throughout the entire weekend — two shows on Friday night and two on Saturday night. They have shows at 7:30PM and at 10:00PM. Located really close to Sundance Square. The only con that I can think of is that if you are a large/wide person(or claustrophobic) you may have difficulty in the seats. The auditorium is older and the seats are very small so be aware that you may feel pretty squished. I totally recommend this place. Makes a fun date night and is something a little different.

4 day weekend is a really fun spot. It is a smaller club without a bad seat. The improv crew is top notch and it truly is a laugh a minute. My favorite part about the actual venue is that it is non smoking. Nothing ruins a night out like having to breathe second hand smoke and having to wash your coat from stank. We went NYE, and while overpriced compared to regular nights, so is almost everything else that night. They were a bit disorganized at bar, I’d have loved to see a beer station setup to alleviate the 20min wait for bar.

yeah this place is a fort worth treasure. I had heard and read so many good things about Four Day Weekend, and so this was long overdue. If there is anything that could be improved about the experience, it would be the box office at the entrance. Perhaps they could send you your tickets via email if you purchased tickets online in advance; that way, you don’t have to stand in line to claim your tickets at the box office, in effect crowding up the tiny lobby. However, this is a minor gripe and in no way takes away from the awesomeness of the show. About the show, it was really really good! In fact, it gets better as the show goes on. The cast members are so talented and can put together super funny material on the spot using pretty much anything the audience gives them. Just a heads-up– anyone in the audience can get called out to participate. They’re super cool though and can make anybody called up feel reasonably comfortable. And yes, no matter what material the person gives them, they make it hilarious! Four Day Weekend! Go see it!

These guys show you the funny and are totes worth the money! If you need to burn some calories and or let off some steam through laughter, this is place in downtown Fort Worth to do it! Each show is comprised of suggestions from you, the Audience, and no two shows are ever the same! The guys are hilarious and their audience participants only enhance the hilarity! It is Whose Line is it Anyway meets situational comedy! There is a great bar to pre-game or enjoy an adult beverage during the show. In any case, do yourself a favor, work your abs by laughing your @$$ off and go see a show(or two)!
