I love it, staff is great and food is awesome! They are located in the Western Place II Tower on the ground level. Prices are not outrageous and you do get a lot of food. Come try it out!

While I have enjoyed the food, they are quite slow, and I have come to feel very discriminated against as a woman when getting food from there. Oftentimes a man who orders the same meal after me will be given his food first and then the cook feigns ignorance to who ordered what. They need to come up with a ticket order number so people are served in correct order. Today, officially i will never return and if you are a woman, prepare to battle men to get your food.(I only give one star because it wouldn’t let me give no stars to post.)

The Chicken Club Sandwich is well worth every dollar. I really love their homestyle fries and chips. The best I’ve ever eaten. I love their Tuesday specials that they change up quite often, so if I ever do get sick of burgers and sandwiches I can enjoy one of their specialty items.

To help you find this place, it’s located on the Ground Floor of the Plains Capital Bank building. So I finally got a chance to eat at this location, and I have to say that it was a really good choice. Most of the lunch menu consists of salads, sandwiches and hamburgers. I had the Chicken Salad Sandwich on Sourdough(Chicken, Celery, Onion, little Pineapple and supposedly Walnuts — but I didn’t taste any-) with a side of cold pasta salad. The pasta salad was very tasty(oily and salty like an olive), and the Chicken Salad Sandwich was pretty good and fresh, but I’ve had better. My girlfriend on the other hand picked a winner. She got the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and that was far better then the Chicken Salad. Highly recommended. And the prices are really pretty reasonable considering the amount of fresh food you get. Be aware that when we went, they were out of hamburgers due to a ordering error. But this didn’t seem like a common occurrence. BTW, if you look through the pics, you’ll see something that really makes this place extra unique. At one point, it seems that some company installed a huge geological example of Texas’s landscape in the tunnel connecting the two buildings together. And I mean this thing is huge! Probably almost 30 yards long. It’s like a hidden long lost museum exhibit, and even if you’re not interested in geology, the piece is pretty impressive by itself. So if you are in the area, check out this hidden exhibit and while you’re there, go get something to eat from the Fresh From The Oven selection.
