Well this is my 3rd time her in a week. I just love the spicy pork tacos and $ 2 fireball.

Margaritas are fantastic(make sure to get an extra shot added for a $ 1), fresh tacos, fun atmosphere, yummy hot sauce. Simple and delicious!

For the type of meal they claim to specialize in, they are great at it. Fast and classic tacos that feel much more fresh and traditional than most places in the area(looking at you fast food, chipotle, taco diner/cabana, etc.) Brisket nachos, grilled shrimp tacos and burritos, chicken or brisket quesadillas, chips and queso… I mean, that’s just the food. So good!

I gave this place several tries and they just can’t seem to get it right. We usually order breakfast tacos, 2 corn without potatoes and 2 flour with potatoes. I don’t think they’ve ever gotten our order right. The bloody Mary’s are on special on Sunday’s. When our cashier rang them up, the screen showed the original price and my boyfriend asked, «aren’t the bloody Mary’s on special today?» To which the cashier responded, «I’m not done ringing it up. When I tell you the total, that’s when I’m done.» So rude. I was actually shocked. We’ve both been servers in restaurants before, we know it gets frustrating. But there was absolutely no need for such a rude response. Bloody Mary’s were fine. A little too spicy. I love spicy, so that’s saying a lot. If you’re looking for cheap tacos, this place is fine. If you care at all about customer service and receiving the right order, look elsewhere.

Ok I am updating my review b/c since i had written it i have been back and there has def been a change. Since my last review I have gone about 4 more times after giving it some time off. I have not seen the nasty lady that worked there and their staff is so much better so whoever finally listened to hire some more people or retrain them on customer service kudos to you because they are sooo much better. The four times i have been i have eaten in twice and taken out twice. The take out orders were all correct no missing items FINALLY! So owner/managers whoever retrained/fired/hired and whipped this place into shape, good job! From these last couple times i have been in there has been a good change :)

Why have a nice bar when you’re not going have anybody staff it. This place seems to be busy all the time or just understaffed. The food is good.

I always love fuzzy’s. Their margaritas and tacos are wonderful. Everything is always very fresh! This is the place to come for a margarita that sneaks up on you!

If you’re in the mood for Fuzzy’s, I strongly recommend picking a different location. This place gets orders wrong a majority of the time, and when you do get your food it is cold and bland. Last time I went, they messed up several things with my order and the cook was annoyed with me pointing it out. This location(Alliance) is a disgrace to the franchise.

I was completely dissatisfied with my service and food. This was our first time at a Fuzzy’s Taco Shop and Anita(the rude woman taking my order) made our experience awful. I have never been here before so I was trying to look at the menu. I felt rushed to provide my order(which was for my family of 6 so it takes time to figure out what we would like coming to a new place for the first time). I didn’t know what toppings came on things, sizes of drinks available, etc. Anita did not offer help and began rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing when I had questions. Once the order was completed and I mentioned it was my first time, she then hands me a to-go menu to review for next time I order! Very rude! Then our food had maybe a TSP of meat! It was literally a cheese taco. I don’t know that I can ever recommend this place to anyone I know. I will recommend customer service training and maybe how to smile handbook for Anita!

I am finally done with this Fuzzy’s location. I have been to this location a few times and every time they get something wrong and today was the worst customer experience i have had and decided it was time to write a review so maybe the management will do something about it. I did email about my last experience not hearing anything back. So today I went in and wanted a combo fajita plate. So the woman and I have her name, said you want a combo enchilada plate, i said no i want a fajita chicken and beef. She said ok you could tell she was visibly annoyed but from what i do not know. Then once she figured out how to ring it up i told her i do not want guacamole, lettuce and pico, she rolled her eyes at me! At that point i did say something to her I said we can do this without the eye roll, she did not say anything and proceeded to ring me up and talk about how windy it is outside. I took a deep breath told her to have a good day and walked away. This location was not that busy today and I waited 20 minutes for my one meal while two people that came in after me for to go orders got their food. I then was asked by a gentlemen I am under the impression worked there he was talking to workers, but he was not working, asked if i was waiting long, i said yes and i am kind of in a hurry, he said OH and walked away(not oh let me find out where you are on the list). He then proceeded to get his food. So after a 20 minute wait, I went up to the window and asked the girl if my order was almost done she held up my to go box and with a snotty looked said yup. Then said OH wait you didn’t want lettuce(which it was on the receipt) she put two things of lettuce in there with cheese and sour cream on top I just told her to leave it i had to go, she played my box down and did not say a word. And when i got home surprise surprise no rice or beans… The last time i was there I had no cheese in my box for my fajita and I ordered chips and queso, NO chips and queso were in the bag. Time before that my husband was missing a side of beef in his order, they told em could come back and get it, no thank you you i was already home and it was late. So needless to say i am done with this location. I love fuzzys and have never had this experience with any other one i have been to. This place is terrible and we will never go back.

Love the crawfish tacos, just don’t go too early in the day. The cooks are better once they get going.

We ordered our meal and was very disappointing my shrimp tacos had zero lettuce… And barely cheese… Took a photo to show…

I see a lot of reviews with angry people that were really, really upset that their $ 5 taco wasn’t five star cuisine. To be perfectly honest, I had a great experience here. The staff was polite and one of the employees asked how our meal was when we were almost finished. I definitely think coming here is worth a shot.

Worst fuzzys location by far. I’ve been here 8 – 10 times at least and not once have they gotten my order right. How hard is it to leave cilantro off a fucking taco?! I think the kitchen staff just glances at the order and gives you what they want like Steve Jobs did for Apple. Then the manager says he will fix it and bring it out to us only to page us 10 minutes later to get it ourselves. Then the order is still wrong… WTF. You just lost all my future business and anyone who asks me about it.

Typical, good, Fuzzy’s! The food was excellent. The restaurant was clean. And the staff was nice. Great place to stop.

Love fuzzys but consistently have a bad experience at this location for a number of reasons that I honestly don’t even feel comfortable sharing. Tip of the iceberg … Half of a guacamole cup is just lettuce hidden at the bottom. Shrimp salads consists of approximately 2 – 3 pieces of shrimp, and the list goes on. The staff is inappropriate making open sexual comments towards each other, also saying«I have to pee» out loud, and I’ve even seen what I believed to be a managers son who couldn’t have been more than 6 years old wiping down trays near closing time. Would recommend another fuzzys or another restaurant if you’re looking for this style of food in the area.

Food is good. The service is always terrible. Today, Chris was EXTREMELYRUDE to me. I was speaking with the manager and he told me «you can’t stand there, go over to the bar.» Extremely loud. Not cool.

My husband and I tried Fuzzys out for the 1st time this evening. We both ordered the taco plate and a 1 extra taco each. I ordered 2 soft grilled shrimp tacos, Latin potatoes, refried beans, plus a crispy ground beef taco. My husband had all crispy beef taco and latin potatoes, his extra taco was beef too. He also ordered beef nachos and we both had tea. My husband loved his food, mine was disappointing. I expected grilled whole shrimp, I got chopped up shrimp. I ordered soft tacos and got crispy. I never got my beef taco and my refried beans were right of a can. Because it is a Friday and were very busy I just ate what I got and tried my husbands. When we return I will stick with the ground beef and stay away from the shrimp.

We love the fuzzy’s on Rufe Snow and eat there way too much. This one, however, is not so great. The prices are much higher and the quality is much lower. Skip the house margarita at this location. It costs nearly double and tastes like $ 3 tequila and grocery store margarita mix. And looked like it as she was pouring it from a plastic jug. Rufe Snow makes theirs fresh.

Let’s just cut to the chase — Cons: 1) Ordered salad with shredded beef. Beef was bland and luke warm. Salad bowl had about ½ cup watery liquid in the bottom which may have been from the beef juices or washing the lettuce — however, that is disgusting! 2) Tacos were small and composed of mostly lettuce. 3) Sitting area was unclean. We went at a time that was not busy at all and there were two empty margarita glasses and a plastic cup full of tobacco spit at the table next to ours. Eeek! 4) Chips were covered in the seasoning — sometimes a little goes a long ways! 5) Beans were almost inedible — lacked flavor and were luke warm. 6) The hot sauce at the table was barely spicy — just tasted like a bunch of vinegar. Pros: 1) Queso In all fairness, we haven’t been to Fuzzy Tacos in a long time — especially since Torchy’s Tacos opened. We thought it would be a good alternative to our regular weekday lunch spot but quickly wished we hadn’t decided to partake! This particular location is in a weird spot in the Alliance shopping center area. Maybe the lack of people visiting this location have caused the cooks to be relaxed in the kitchen! Eat at your own risk!

Eesh… I almost feel like I should’nt write this review, for it challenges my love for the W. Berry Fuzzy’s.(Two VERY different restaurants.) Not to overtly compare, but… The food quality is not comparable. If one hasnt visited another location prior to this, then they are likely to give up forever. That being said, Fuzzys should tighten up on their staff. The staff here cared ONLY about the hats they wore that day(cookie monster hats bought at spencers), and talking to each other. Their interaction with each other blatantly took priority over ALL else. The small line, of four customers/groups didnt matter. I wouldn’t have mind, if the cashier’s poor attention had not translated to poor food quality. Brown — rimmed lettuce, served with menu-described, key ingredients missing,(feta cheese), though you still pay for them. Very messy, unstocked fountain drink area. Stick to tcu location. Completely different company(other location) it seems, with excellent food, and expected orders. Hopefully, things have changed since my last visit.

The chicken nachos are to die for! Thank God there are Fuzzy’s locations all over Fort Worth. High quality food at exceptional prices. Carlos the manager is a great people person who makes you feel welcome. Glad there are people like him still in this world that’s often plagued by poor customer service.

The cooks at this Fuzzy’s need to be retrained or just let go, as they are NOT serving up tacos that meet the Fuzzy standard. Tacos come out cold, with very little meat, and very bland! I’ve eaten at 4 different Fuzzy’s locations and this one is a big disappointment. The NRH Rufe Snow, Ft. Worth Race Street, and Flower Mound locations are all much, much better, and a night and day difference in food quality. Management please fix ASAP, as I still consider myself a Fuzzy fan. And this location is closest to my home :(

Got the taco salad — with tempura fish! Reminded me of Wahoo’s Fish Taco with the layout and décor. Pretty good and pretty fast. Wasn’t bad — wasn’t great.
