The Hero is the best… Good meat and great fast service. When in need a quick sub always go for Firehouse Subs!

My first introduction to this franchise was about 6 years ago in Cary, NC. I almost always order an «Italian» no matter which sub joint I visit. I have a good memory of that sandwich, so when a Firehouse Subs opened in Alliance Gateway, I rushed to try it.
I took the sandwich to-​go and ate at home. The bread (white roll, un-​toasted), was on the dry side. I asked for oil and vinegar, but they must have missed it. I had some Good Seasons Italian made up in the fridge, so I was able to salvage things.
I will try again in the near-​future to see if the dry roll was just bad luck.

They’ve been open awhile but no one has reviewed them yet. I’m really partial to Firehouse Subs. I used to go to another location locally until this one opened in Alliance Town Center. I’ve tried many of their items and liked them all but I keep gravitating back to the Italian Sub, fully involved (that means loaded to those of you new to Firehouse Subs). Give it a whirl… You won’t be disappointed.
