Yummmm. Quick, great tea, great soup, and substantial salads. Only complaint is the sandwiches are a little small for my 250lb 6′ 5″ boyfriend :)

The stand out on this visit was the young lady who took my order! She was genuinely smiling from the time I walked in the door to the moment I refilled my tea and left. I’m so sad I didn’t catch her name because I wanted to rave about her to her manager. She has braided long hair pulled back in a pony tail and was sweet as could be.
Food was good, service was great!

My problem with this place was the service. I had to wait for the employees to stop socializing with each other to place my order. The girl that eventually took my order was rude. (Hoping she was having an off day). The food came out fast, but cold. (Potato) I’ll try it again because my kids love it, and it’s not greasy fast food.

Can’t count how many times we’ve eaten here and it’s always great! Love it. It’s our lunch go-​to.

Our orders have been wrong 5 out of the last 7 visits. We have had to send them back or go back to get it right. The management seems less than worried about this problem. I have spoken with them several times. We used to eat here weekly. But we will not be going back. Really disappointing.

Decent food although i was disappointed with their chicken and dumplings soup the last time i went, it looked disgusting it looked like they heated it up from a cheap store bought can, i had to return it and had the cheese and broccoli soup which was pretty good.

I love this m McAlister’s. The food is always fresh tasting and the service is very friendly. I LOVE the sweet chipotle chicken sandwich, I highly recommend it!

Food is never an upset when dining in or taking out. Now wait time on the other hand, gets kind of out of hand. It has been more than once where it seems like the teenage girls just overlooked my order when I see it waiting right there in front of me. Very difficult to navigate around the store because the tables are very very close. During lunch rush hour is the worst. But again, the food never upsets.

This place has horrible customer service. My boyfriend and I walked in on a Sunday afternoon to get dinner to go, as soon as the cashier was done with the people in front of us she left the store. Next the other cashier asked for the next person in line and then served a lady that just walked in. We had to wait in line for at least 5 more minutes before we got asked to take our order. We will definitely NOT be coming back to this location because of the horrible customer service.

I love this place. I LOVE the sweet tea and now the new teas like Peach and Green. I’m a huge fan of their soup and potato combo. Their nacho basket is old school which is cool, just rotel cheese dip.
I’m not a big sandwich person so not sure there and I haven’t tried their pasta, I prefer to get pasta from real italian places so not sure there either.
Especially when it’s cold out or super hot, perfect!

Went on a Thursday at 11:30. Good food. Service was lackluster. My wife ask what was a certain plate, cashier said, «what’s on the menu». It’s your job to know the menu, not the customers job.

Not the best location. The presentation of the food was great, but the taste wasn’t the same. It was lacking something. Our favorite location is the one on camp bowie. Theirs just taste better. This location’s soup seemed watered down. The meat in Matt’s sandwich was over cooked.
Favorite plate here is the pick two combination. I get the cobb club and a cup of country potato soup.
Matts favorite is the big nasty because of the nutritional value. Best of fat to protein ratio.
We always ask for the nutritional information or research it beforehand. They seemed weird about handing us the book.

Pretty good food, clean inside and a nice place to go if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat in the afternoon. I had a chicken cheese potato which didn’t seem to have a lot of either of those things and wasn’t very tasty.

Our food was great but customer service was lacking. A girl who had the same sad and irritated look that Kristin Stewart always has gave us a dirty look when we said we weren’t ready to order. She looked very annoyed to be employed there. Everyone at my table also said the person who took their order obviously did not want to be there.
Two employees kicked my purse and didn’t say excuse me or sorry. My purse wasn’t even in the way, in the isle or anything.
However, the food was fantastic, which is why I give this place 3 stars.

Got the choose two entrees.
Savannah chopped salad and spud max. Delicious and filling!
grilled chicken potato– little cheese and chicken was bland. Would not get this again.
Chili was good. So maybe a combination of the potato and chili next time. Save your second choice for a sandwich.
Location is busy during lunch! I was a bit disappointed with the lemonade. I thought it was made fresh, but it was just minute maid. =/​
But their salads and spuds will keep me coming back though!

Our order is always wrong at this location. We often call in our order and when we get there it is also not ready. We sometimes even have to put it in again. This is the only location near by so continue to go and hope for improvement.

Food is consistently acceptable. Only 3 stars because rude chubby girl with glasses! Food, cleanliness, good prices, etc … Still not worth incompetence and rudeness! Go the extra miles and skip this location.

Delish food, I had the spud with roast beef and cheese. Awesome. The lady at the register was very sweet and made me a handcrafted strawberry lemonade which was also superb. All in all I am going to make this one of my new stops during the week to check out some of the other options. They have some killer looking sammich’s as well!

Called in an order and was told it would be ready in 10 mins. Took me more than 20 to get there. I stood at the to go counter for 15 minutes behind a woman who said she had been waiting for quite some time because her order was incorrect. No one else at the counter asked if they could help. When the girl appeared with the order for the person in front of me I cau her and asked for my order. She spun around and grabbed it off the counter, asked for payment and then walked off. I got halfway to the door when I realized she didn’t give me the drinks I had paid for. I had to grab someone from the floor to get those. I ordered once when they first opened and got home to find it was the wrong order.
Food is pretty decent. Service is lacking. Didn’t encounter a smile or a thank you. Always check your order before you leave. Hopefully they will do some training with their staff about how important it is to take care of the customers so they return.

Two words. SWEET TEA!!! How can you not love their sweet tea?! Perfectly sweetened with a great flavor and not too watery! YUM!!! :) I am so excited that this location exists as the Southlake one is ALWAYS crowded!
For some background, I have been to at least ten different locations of McAlister’s. (Random I know but my husband LOVES it!)
This location looks new, vibrant and the workers seem fresh and are very polite.
My new favorite sandwich is the grilled chicken club with the honey mustard on the side. I find that McAlister’s menu borders on a tad too sweet so anything I can do to combat it… I DO!!! :)
My husband’s favorite sandwich ALWAYS is the french dip. This location didn’t cheat him on the meat and was perfectly toasted. Sometimes (at other locations) it can be overly dried where you HAVE to dunk the sandwich so it isn’t so dry.
As a side, I would suggest the pasta salad. YUMMMMMMMMM! :)
BTW, just as a tip for food and not exactly for just this location. The nachos are HUGE! I ordered it one time because I thought it would be a small bite. The plate was filled and bigger than my face and I have a HUGE face! hahaahahaha! :)
