McDonald’s

I’m so dissatisfied with this location I went in and bought a 20 pc nuggets fries and a large tea and it was terrible, it was cold and stale. So I called them and spoke to Daisy the manager she assured me that she would make it right when ever I came back in. Unfortunately I work 6 days a week @ 12 hours a day so it difficult to get back in there she said no problem anytime. So I had a coworker go and pick up a replacement I called the store 15 time and the phone was busy (off the hook) and the manager said Daisy was not there she said that Daisy has been on maternity leave for 4 week now and that she will do it this time but without some kind of proof I can not allow this again. Like I want to steal food from McDonald’s and I spend at least $ 60 a week really? And to mention she gave me a 10 pc nuggets small fire and med Tea and again it was cold and stale and I think they forgot the filter on the tea maker cause that is still nasty. I will not go back. That is just lazy and it embarrassing. And to make your customer feel bad. Shame shame.

I have not been to a Mac Donald’s for years because of the quality of food, this includes my six and eight-​year-​old children. Today we decided that we would give y’all another shot and you as a company failed miserably. We decided to keep it simple and just order chicken nuggets, my six-​year-​old daughter is happy and my eight-​year-​old son got a 10 piece meal. I myself chose a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. I opted to try one package each of the new shaken seasonings y’all offer. I can honestly say that y’all have found a way to make an already disgusting product even worse. I know you hear from adults all the time that your food is bad, but for a six and an eight-​year-​old to say something as simple as a chicken nugget taste disgusting is quite an accomplishment. It’s safe to say we will never be back to any of your establishments again. Now I would just like to know how do I get my $ 20 back.

Tea taste like they made it in same machine as coffee machine. Dont recommend ordering tea.

So this place disappoints again. We’re getting home late tonight so we stop to get the kids happy meals. We pull to the drive thru and are waiting for someone to take our order but silence… My husbands says «hello» still no reply. Then a mans voices comes on and says «wait one minute bro.» What the heck!!! Is he serious!
One minute turns to five so we pull around to the window and the guy is leaning out the window having a full blown conversation with another car! If it were me I would have went in and talked with the manager… Which by the look of his long sleeve black button down, I’m assuming our not so courtesy drive through person may have been… But my husband just decided to drive off! This is ridiculous; now I’m forced to write to their corporate office again!!! I hope they read this review because I am outraged!

My friend and I carpool and usually stop at McDonald’s before work.
I don’t know if this McDonalds is usually better, but this morning was awful.
First of all we were waiting in line for someone to help us for 10 minutes.
Finally we get someone to talk to us and she gets our order wrong.
Not only that but they are out of the coffees except for the 2 Frappes and Regular coffee.
So I decided to give the Frappé a try, my friend wanted a Mocha Caramel Frappé, the lady says that it’s one or the other. Every other McDonalds blends it for her, but whatever.
The worst part is that after waiting 15 minutes were finally at the window and they tell us, I’m sorry but our credit card machines are down.
Are you kidding me?
You could’ve told us that when we were ordering instead of us waiting 15 minutes to not get food or coffee and now we’ll be late to work if we stop somewhere else for breakfast.
Not only that but when we’re frustrated with the machines being down she accusingly tells us «Well she told you on the intercom».
I’m sorry lady, but no she didn’t. If she had we probably wouldn’t be giving you our cards to pay.
They need to seriously get their act together.
I’m definitely never going back there again.

What’s up with all of these McDonald’s not having the ice cream machine working in the middle of the day? This is the second location that I’ve been to recently that hasn’t had the machine running. Is there a shortage on the mix or something?
Anyhow, I made the most of it and ordered an cherry pie (well 2, they are 2 for a dollar ya’know).
I got some crazy fast service (which I suppose isn’t too hard considering what I purchased) because as soon as I paid the bag with my two pies was on the table.
The cherry pies were good (see pics).
I like what they’ve done to the lobby (see other pics), and you’d never know what you were stepping into just by seeing the outside exterior.
BTW, unfortunately this location doesn’t seem to be involved in any charity or… really anything like other McDonald’s (as far as their website is concerned, I didn’t ask anyone personally).
