McDonald’s

I tried to go into this McDonald’s at 9:48pm tonight, when the sign posted read that the lobby closed at 10:00pm, and the doors were already locked. Additionally, the workers inside looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to go in. There isn’t much more I can say about this one except I hope the owners are aware of their employees’ lack of initiative…

Being ignored for a good 3 minutes in the drive thru to pay. Finally had to go to the food pick up window to pay and get my Diet Coke. I was completely not even acknowledged at the pay window! Just looked at as the worker kept on sweeping. It was horrible. I have been frequenting this McDonald’s for 3 years. Going downhill I guess! Terrible customer service. Then when I get someone’s attention at the food window to pay, the person behind me gets to pay at the pay window! I don’t get why!

This McDonald’s charges fifty cents more for chocolate dipped ice cream cones than the one in Saginaw or the one off of Heritage Trace Parkway and the one on 199 over by Ridge Mar Mall. The service here is really slow and the girl at the pay window is rude.

Found mold on my breakfast… It made me sick. I will never eat McDonald’s again. I called headquarters don’t care about the customers.

They never seem to get my order right. Staff is friendly enough, food is the same as any other Mickey D, just not worth the hassle.

Typical fast food Micky Ds. Nothing special. :-/

What can I say? It’s McDonalds. The restaurant has been quite clean in my last visits and it is very new/​newly remodeled. An added plus is there are many power outlets for people doing work on laptops here.

Oh all the McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, I’ve never witnessed what I was seeing right in front of me.
I ordered a Banana Strawberry Smoothie from this location. One of the girls makes it, grabs a lid, accidentally drops the lid on the counter (which is not clean and covered in mysterious droppings of drinks past), picks up the lid (which has now acquired some of the droppings on the inner part of the lid), and goes to put it onto my cup.
She has the tainted lid resting on the lip of the cup (thankfully, it hasn’t touched the smoothie inside yet) and is just about to snap it down (and I’m just about to ask her to make another) when she realizes what she’s doing (or maybe she noticed the grossed out stare that I had on my face) and she discards this lid for a clean one.
WOW! I don’t know how that would have played out if I wasn’t standing there watching it, but all I got to say is I would recommend going into the dining room to order my café drinks then taking drive-​thru at this location.
