Let’s just start this by saying I am one of those idiots who went here on Christmas Day… And that’s just what pretty much every customer was IDIOTS. Treating these employees rudely, in a rush, impatient, hanging over the counter barking status updates on their beverages. …
BRAVO to every employee being patient and kind and working their darn tails off to please everyone. I’m impressed at the composure and professionalism. Thank you for taking care of me! Happy holidays!

This is a great Starbucks! Haley is the best barista aka Starbucks God you could ask for! We confused her with our nonsense order and she totally made it four times right! And then returned later and she totally remembered us.
The store is nice and clean and well-​maintained. They are very quick about getting your order precise and out quick.
Con: The construction off I 35 and Western Center is horrible. I recommend the Starbucks app if you don’t already have it and preorder. Just like any other Starbucks there fast about getting orders quick. ;-)

Love going here all the employee are kind and my drink always tasted good its kinda hard to get to with all the construction but that’s not there fault

The construction makes it very difficult to access this place. Most of the time I will just park at waffle house and walk in. The lines can get out of control. Hopefully once they finish construction in 2018 things will be back to normal.

This Starbucks location recently received a remodel. The Baristas work area is bigger, more roomy but the big comfortable chairs are gone.
No longer are you able to just sit and talk. It is smart for them, uncomfortable people do not stay long so they can get more paying customers through. They do have lots of tables and chairs for people to stay. But the increase in chairs increased the noise level.
They have moved the door, which gave the patio area more room. Nice big patio.
New paint, new displays, but the same not so good service. I am beginning to believe the new standards at Starbucks has changed.

First time at this location great service and very friendly staff. Will come back again.

Oh starbucks, how I remember your glory days; hipster baristas that actually cared about your image, and good Coffee every time. Sadly… Your NW roots all but forgotten, you stoop to the failures of the great wall street and Capitol Hill. Alas, there are others, maybe, more prominent and fair.

Only complaint was a long drive thru line so I go inside. There was only 1 barista making everything for both drive thru & inside patrons.

I love it at Starbucks. I actually met my friend from here. My usual venti caramel machiato iced or hot it’s deliciously made. I try getting hooked on McDonald’s iced coffee or latte. There’s no comparison. Will recommend it to anybody. Yummy!

I sat in line for 16 minutes waiting on a regular coffee. Ridiculous. They know its easy to do what they do here. There isn’t another coffee shop in the area. Not that I could find at least. I asked for a few cubes of ice in a small cup… and he stuck it all in my coffee??? It was cold before I got less than a mile down the road and was able to drink it like water. Never a good experience. Ever.

I’ve been coming to this particular Starbucks location a lot lately. And the two things I can always count on is my coffee made perfectly (usually an ice blended americano with SF mocha) and an extra cheerful person at the drive thru window. The line can get a little long, but It still never takes more than 12 minutes. It’s conveniently located right off the freeway, although the western center light can get a bit congested.

I usually go to the SB in Saginaw, but I decided to come here instead. I have been warned before of this particular location and their inefficiencies.
I called 30 minutes ahead to order a coffee traveler (gallon of brewed coffee) and when I showed up they had not even started my order. I waited another 15 minutes because they hadn’t started brewing more (the reason I call ahead). I was incredibly frustrated by the wait time and lack of service by this location.
I’ll be going back to the Saginaw location even though it makes my commute longer. I prefer to go where I have waited 5 minutes or less and my traveler is almost ready to go.

I get here at 5 am when it’s supposed to open and it’s now 510 and no one is here to open the store… seriously?!
I’m still waiting…

Ugh. Another Starbucks. But the service here is good. Their internet is horribly slow! But otherwise they are a cookie cutter Starbucks.

Starbucks… can’t go wrong! Consistent menu and fast service. No complaints and will stop again!

Unfortunately, slowest anywhere… Long, long lines. But your staff is very sweet and friendly!
and then you can be on your way again.

Today, I was hungry, but I needed my latte. I was in a hurry, so I didn’t want to visit two drive thru’s. My need for caffeine (in latte form-​no soda for me) won. No Whataburger for me today. Starbucks has sandwiches, right? I wasn’t excited about the price –the cheapest sandwich is $ 5.45– but I thought… they’re Artisan, right? It’ll be worth it. (I had to convince myself of this since I could have filled myself up with two $ 1 sandwiches from Wendy’s.)
I’ve ordered various baked goods from here before, but I’ve never ordered a sandwich. I settled on the Roasted Tomato and Mozzarella Panini and my seasonal favorite — a Peppermint Mocha latte. The latte was delish as always. The sandwich. well, it was lacking.
First of all, she gave me a choice of having it toasted there or taking it and heating it up at my destination. I chose to have them toast it, but it was nice that they offered otherwise. I unwrapped my sandwich and noticed that it looked pretty flat –meaning it didn’t look like anything was in it. I took my first bite, and bite into nothing but bread. Surely, there was something BETWEEN the bread… I did just pay $ 5.45 for this… I opened it up, and noticed a big glob of mozzarella (cheese is wonderful, btw), some pesto, and some roasted small pieces of roasted tomato. I say glob of cheese, because that’s exactly what it was… a bunch of cheese in one spot. The tomatoes didn’t even cover ½ of the focaccia bread. The pesto wasn’t even spread out on the entire piece of bread. (See my pics). I was highly disappointed. My 8 year old nephew could have threw this sandwich together better, and he would have realized it needed more tomatoes!
The one thing I can say about this sandwich, is that it had a robust flavor. The ingredient combo was delish (in the few bites that contained said ingredients). Starbucks, you created a delicious sandwich… but you didn’t make it well. Where are the rest of the ingredients?
