I wish I could provide a better review, but our experience definitely left something to be desired. We scheduled an appointment with this office because the location was close, they take our insurance, and the gal I made the appointment with was friendly and helpful. The office itself is fine, but our experience with the chiropractor left something to be desired. He talked around my husband’s issues, and we left more confused than when we showed up. We didn’t get a sense of how his issues could be addressed or what the next step was, except to come back as needed. The bedside manner was borderline cocky, and the adjustments were painful and a bit of a surprise. (We have since gone to another chiro who provided more relief with a gentler, focused approach and provided a lot more education in the process.) No complaints about the guy who did his therapies after the adjustment. Sure, my husband had some relief after the appointment, but no sense of ongoing goals or therapies, so the pain returned and we ended up back at square one with another chiro who gave us the insight we need to actually get him well. Maybe Saturdays are just off days for this office.
