Piss poor customer service. Ordered 2 pizzas at 11:05 and received them at 12:50 cold. The driver said they were on the house. They still charged my credit card. I called to speak to the manager. She said it wasn’t her fault because she isn’t a driver. I told her what the driver said about the pizzas being on the house. She replied he doesn’t that authority, only she does. Avoid this place like the plague. Take your time, go out and pick up your pizza from somewhere else. I give it negative stars but that isn’t an option.

In years past, I’ve gotten good service from this location. I’ve lived in the same place for just shy of 20 years, so this has been my Pizza Hut for a good long while now. The delivery people are always friendly with me, usually arrive in a timely manner, and are typically nice. I want to put this first. I order pizza often, so many of them know me pretty well and all of them are good people in my experience. The reason I can only afford this location a measly two stars though, is that the quality of the food seems to be on the decline. I mean I’ve been around long enough to know how chain restaurants work. New people come in and want to make a name for themselves, they cut costs at the corporate level and quality suffers, customers bail because lets be honest here, you can get a pizza from a half dozen places without leaving your couch. Then eventually things return to a state resembling normal. But several pizzas in a row that I’ve gotten from this place have just been below average. I prefer a thin crust pizza and have always liked the Pizza Hut Thin n’ Crispy in the past. But in the last couple of months the crust is so overcooked that if I try to eat to the end, I wind up gnawing on it like a rawhide dog bone. Well past«crispy» and into uncomfortably crunchy. It’s just not an enjoyable pizza to eat these days. I hate to say it, but this place has become the last in my rotation. Even behind Domino’s of all places. They’ve been dedicating themselves to improving their quality recently and it shows. I really hope Pizza Hut decides to do the same. Post Script: I tried that Hershey’s Cookie thing they have been advertising on the website. It’s awful. Tastes as greasy as the pizzas. Avoid this one gang.

Store #744170 was successful. If there goal was to send out a poor quality pizza! 5 days ago I ordered a pizza and told them they over charged and didn’t make it the way I requested. After proving that this store over charged me they gave me a credit. Fast forward to today, 5÷12÷15, I ordered a pizza and it was again made incorrectly! After calling in and requesting another pizza be sent out, I finally get it! Greeted at my door by Johnny, their 30+ yr old delivery boy, I knew I would not be pleased, his demeanor was rude and very much that of a teenagers. I can only imagine that he drove like one as well since all of the toppings had shifted to one side of the pizza, if not completely fallen over the crust! The box was damp when handed to me. I rushed outside to catch Johnny before he left and received more attitude when I displayed the box and pizza to him. When I called the store for the second time, I was told by Chandler, the manager on duty, that they weren’t going to send another pizza to resolve this simple issue. I’m now waiting to hear from a district manager…

I’m always disappointed by this location and I wish I could choose to have it delivered from a different one. My main complaint is they really skimp on cheese. Even when I order(and pay extra for) extra cheese, it’s finally an adequate amount but then it doesn’t even extend to the crust. Also, I once picked pizza up from here and the person working at the counter announced to me that I could leave him a tip if I was satisfied with his service, as he handed me the receipt. That’s incredibly inappropriate.
