I took my car, after it died to Meineke. After an hour they told me my battery was dead. & then proceeded to tell me it would be $ 270 + labor to replace my 2010 VW beetles battery & it would be another couple of hours to get the battery in.
I decided I would go for a second opinion.
After a brief conversation over the phone I decided to take my car to O’reillys.
Upon arrival, they had the battery already on the counter for me to check out. Promptly the employees began to take my dead battery out of the car. (May I add: in the pouring rain) & after about 15 minutes my new battery was installed and I was ready to go for $ 130 flat. No extra charges whatsoever.
For the cherry on top, I was walked to my car with one of the employees holding an umbrella for me so I wouldn’t get wet.
That’s customer service at its finest.

The employee’s that work at this location are always courteous and knowledgable! O’Reilly’s is always my first place to call when needing parts. If they don’t have it in stock they usually have it there same day or early the next morning.

If it was not for the fact the guys at this location are super helpful, I’d go three stars as O’Reilly does not have a diagnostic code scanner for customer use. When your check engine light comes on, this tool can easily save you a $ 100 visit to an auto shop, and often times it can be something as simple as you need a new gas cap. Without access to this valuable tool, I will drive to another auto parts store first my my CEL is on (and id prices are the same or close, that store will get my business).
