Definitely recommend this place, especially if Lakshmee is available! I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for awhile now and I’ve tried various places: Dallas Galleria (2nd fave), Irving (cheapest), NE Mall, Keller, etc. This is the most convenient threading salon, even though it costs a little more than the other places (besides the Galleria). I prefer to stick with one person because I know I can trust them to do a great job. Ask for Lakshmee!

I was a returning customer for a few months, going to the same person. Last week, they had hired new people and it was slow, painful, and I left with 5 SCARS on my face and neck even after I told the girl to stop threading. Although I pointed this out, no one really apologized — it was kind of shrugged off. I regret wasting my money on a membership here. I will willingly drive to a less convenient location from now on with more professional workers. Don’t waste your time and money — they aren’t exactly the most affordable to begin with, without being scarred for life.

I’ve had a great experience here. Never wait long and my eyebrows are always perfectly shaped. Far better than any threading I’ve had before. Only improvement is a small massage after the service like you get in other area shops. But, if you’re picky about your brows, this is your place!

Horrible!!! Don’t waste your money or time. It was painful (I normally go every two weeks to another place and it’s pain free to me) and the people were so rude. They wouldn’t let me use my groupon. Very bad customer service. I will never go back and would advise you go someplace else. There are many great eyebrow places near here that you should go to instead. So disappointing. :(
