Worst Pizza Hut store. Since January, no matter what time of day you order, whether you’re ordering a small order of wings or pizza, delivery times are A MINIMUM of an HOUR AND A HALF wait times! I haven’t had delivery from them in 45 mins or less since 2014. The manager doesn’t care and consistently uses the excuse that «only one driver showed up to work.» I don’t know if Pizza Hut corporate even knows what’s going on at this location, but I don’t understand how this has been going on for so long. If this wasn’t the only place that delivered wings, I would have stopped ordering from them months ago.

Pizza Hut has stepped it up lately. I really enjoy the flavored crusts and the wing street wings.
My low rating for this location is because they ALWAYS forget the ranch. One time forgetting it here and there is ok. But forgetting it everytime is down right annoying and seems to indicate a lack of care or quality control.

Ordered 3 time requesting crust finish, paid for it did not get it. Side dipping maranara sause ice cold from fridge for a hot pizza. Worst pizzza hut in DFW. Dont order from here bad service, ran by kids with no visiible leadership at all. Called manager she could have cared less about the trouble.

This was my first and last experience with this pizza hut. Ordered the dinner box special online, they failed to advise that there was an addition charge of one dollar per topping per pizza. When I came to pick up the order, the guy at the counter asked if he could help me, after repeating my name twice to him, he disappeared to the back only to bring out another guy that once again made me repeat my name another two friggin times. No dipping sauce was provided for my cheese sticks and I had ordered a diet Pepsi. The guy said he was out of Pepsi and offered me dr pepper or Sierra mist, when asked if either was available in diet, he turns around an said he had diet Pepsi… the same drink I initially ordered! Never again will I go to this place. Guaranteed to get your order wrong… and charge you extra to do it too

I’ve been ordering delivery for the last 17 years from this particular location since I moved out here from Houston. I even used to go to High School directly across the street. But anyway, I’ve never ever had a problem with this location. The pies are always hot and steamy when they arrive, they’re on time, driver is always different everytime, it’s all good! BUT! Here recently, I’ve been ordering all NFL season long every game day my beloved Dallas Cowboys play, they’ve been jacking my order! The toppings are wrong, hardly any cheese, my pies arrive about a hour and a half later after I called my order! It sucks now. Most of the time when I call an complain, I’ll get hooked up with free pizza, but that’s not the point! The manager of this location better get his head straight (for use of a better phrase) and stop slacking on his pimping! So recently, I’ve been calling a certain «Papa» for my pizza

There pizza is 100x better than what it uses to be! They always have good coupons and grey service! But let’s face it, it ain’t no Mamas pizza!

About a year or two ago I would have agreed with most of the reviews on here, but this Pizza Hut must have stepped it up in the last year. I’ve had great, friendly, prompt service every visit for the last 4 – 5 times. Couldn’t be happier and the pizza tastes great! Enjoy the best Pizza Hut in South Fort Worth!

Pizza took an hour to get here but I knew that when I ordered it. It showed up a little earlier and an awesome delivery guy. I could complain about deliver time but I could get it myself too. All in all delivery always takes long so I plan accordingly.

These guys are always screwing up delivery orders.
Also, if you order a «pepperoni lovers» pizza, I’ve found you basically get a regular pepperoni pizza. If you want extra pepperoni, just order a pepperoni with extra pepperoni.

Well, it takes a lot for me to want to complain about pizza. But I ended up waiting for over an hour on a Tuesday night for a medium cheese pizza and 8 regular wings. That’s just not OK. I mean I can get it from Dominoes in just 20 minutes, they are like a mile farther away than pizza hut. I’m definitely not pleased when a cold pizza arrives over an hour after I order it. This place gets one more chance then I give up on them forever. At least the pizza still tasted alright (after warming it up).

is it every pizza hut that seems to deliver pizza or just wings at exactly 1hr? why does it take so long and it seems like they all do the same thing and explain that its a busy night. but if you look online and watch video’s or blogs of other people that have issues with pizza hut they all seem be told the same thing that its always busy. It takes 1hrs for delivery on a single pizza. it took another hour for delivery on 16pieces of wings and the best part is THEY NEVER SUPPLY THE CHEESE AND SPICE PACKETS.
