Radisson FT Worth South & Conference Center

I stayed here for 3 nights. You can tell that this used to be a nice place but it is going downhill.
The staff I interacted with was gloomy, not cheerful. The maid did not clean my room the first night. The excuse the front desk gave was that I had a do not disturb sign on the door. I did until 9:30AM when I took it down. The maid cart was still in the hallway. I travel often for work and I’ve never encountered a situation where my room wasn’t cleaned. Since the front desk was ready with the excuse, you can tell it’s a normal occurrence here.
The second night, there was no sign. The maid made the bed and replaced some, not all, dirty towels. The bathroom was not cleaned (nothing was moved or put away).
Bottom line. If you want a reasonably nice hotel, but don’t care if your room is clean, stay here. If you want a clean room, stay at Motel 6. You’ll have a better experience.

I’ve had a horrible experience at this hotel. The ear-​splitting fire alarm (seriously the loudest, most horrible alarm you have ever heard) rang for a minute at five am, waking me & surely every other hotel guest. It went off again a second time at 7am.
When my husband called reception to find out what’s going on, were were told not to worry, the alarm was triggered by someone opening an alarmed door (!!!). This is ridiculous. If the manager wasn’t lying, this hotel seriously needs a new alarm system.
It is worrying the fire alarm was triggered twice in the early hours of the morning, and the fire brigade was not called to investigate. The hotel had no respect for its guests, and does not value their safety.

Booked a room for 2 queens. Arrived to find out that they only had a king available. Attempted to take a shower only to run into a audition where the shower nearly caused me second degree burns. I was promoted another room in the morning by the manager only to Come back later at night to find out the problem
Was not to be solved. Terrible hotel experience, up supportive staff. Do not stay

Hotel is nice staff is very nice and accommodating… One tip! Save your money and go out to eat!!! The breakfast buffet is horrible every morning and the lunch and dinner room

Terrible! Terrible! We are about to move to our 3^rd room. We have not had any hot (or warm water) in 3 days. There was a tick in the bed. Apparently, management came to inspect this new room and there are toenails under the sink on the floor and lightbulb a that don’t work. Mold around the bathtub is disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

Rooms were clean but very noisy. This hotel is located next to the interstate, when you can’t hear the freeway, you have to deal with the A/​C unit blaring all night. Food in the restaurant is horrible– we only tried breakfast.

I stayed there with a colleague and we had to interview some people in the lobby. It was a great location for that. We had good service from the staff. The rooms were very nice. I would definitely stay there again and avoid the downtown traffic. It is outstanding for the price, service, and location.
