Slow customer service and not very friendly. They believe they are doing you a favor. The food is the opposite of hearty. Prices just ok. I won’t be back just because of the slow service. It was 2pm and there was only 3 cars parked in the lot. I was the only drive through customer. Ugh, exasperating!

One of the better sandwiches I’ve had hear, it was great, but the place needs to be cleaned. The lady that took my order, seemed like she would rather be anywhere other then Schlotzsky’s taking orders. Very indifferent. And instead of standing behind the counter talking to each other, they need to get out and actual wipe down the tables.

Last visit due to the lacking of service and cleanliness of the young woman serving at the counter. Had she bothered smiling or even attempting to be pleasant I might reconsider. But the I don’t care attitude combined with her neglect to wash her hands before preparing my food is unrecoverable. Running a register taking money then handling food immediately after is disgusting.

I love this place. Consistent always. Food was wonderful. The staff was ok, did not interact much. Convenient locations.

Went here to grab lunch way over priced for a tiny sandwich with almost no turkey and had bread. Also it was covered in pepper. Won’t be back

Extremely clean restaurant. Bread toasted perfectly. Best Schlotzky“s I’ve ever been to. Staff very polite.

First time here. I had the hickory smoked ham and bacon sandwich on sourdough. It was pretty good but the bread hardly tasted like sourdough. Bathrooms were dirty.

We had a pretty good experience overall. The food was good, and the workers were nice, but the other customers were rude. They were always yelling at there kids or unhappy with something. It really made the atmosphere unpleasant. But the food was good.

Did I mention Schlotzky’s is an Austin Original? Well it is, just like me. When I moved over here to NRH I have been looking for things familiar to me. My roommate wanted to use his coupons for Jack in the Box and we passed the Schlotzkys to get there since it is right next door. I GASPED! EEEEEeeeeekkkk! At the Jack in the Crack drive thru, roommate asks me if I want anything. I said. «Yeah! Schlotzky’s!» He said. Oh ok so you don’t want anything then. Ugh… you really can’t just drive next door to get me a sammy from there. Whatever. So after I got paid again. I had to go to Schlotzky’s first to get one of their famous Turkey Chef Salads. MmmHmmm… Most definitely. If you want to be pleased by your purchase, buy the Turkey Chef Salad and forget the Sammy. Ok well the sammies are good too, and the soup. Oh and the salad comes with half a personal cheese pizza lol. Good Sh*t! And«NO! I don’t want no Cinnabon»

Now I’m not a gamblin man, but if I were I would say you will find yourself with a 50% chance that they will make your sandwich right. I have been here exactly six times. Of that, my sandwiches were made right only three of them. So they get a 3 Star rating. The Cinnabons are always made correctly, just not the sandwiches. Which is odd, because that’s kinda of what they are known for. The staff has always been nice, and the dining area is always clean. I have come here at different times, so it’s a good thing to see they are on top of the cleaning. They do have a drive-thru, but every time I have come here I have walked in. In hopes that any mistakes with my order would be at a minimum. Perhaps I need to talk slower. I’ll give that a try and will update everyone at another time.

I’ve had Schlotzky’s sandwiches in a few places, meh, OK. But this location also sells Cinnabon. THEWORST Cinnabon I have ever had. Hubby was having a craving. The guy at the counter was too busy having a conversation with co-worker to expedite the order, so 10 minutes and $ 11 later, he comes out of the restaurant with a box that looks like it holds a dozen. Seriously, $ 11 for THREE cinnamon rolls? Hey Grandys right down the street sells them for about a buck apiece. All you can eat for about $ 6 on their buffet. And they taste good… but these Schlotzky’s buns had some kind of cinnamon slime, the consistency of okra slime, and were just plain NASTY.
