Some places just simply make your drink with love. This Starbucks location happens to be one of those places. Always always get iced coffee with sugar free vanilla and nonfat milk. Can’t go wrong. Thank you Starbucks for making my drink fabulous!

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I go in at least 3 times a week! Every week they screw up my order at least once and every time I go in there someone is always complaining they screwed up their order. I get they are busy but so as are most of their customers. It will be nice when the new one opens across 35. I can only hope they listen and are much more efficient.

I like the day shift better at this location, they are friendly and even though they make my drink wrong on occasion they make me feel like it’s their fault and happily remake it for me. Right now as I am trying the early evening crowd, it seemed they were heavy staffed, and I received my drink fast but observed at least 4 people behind the counter standing and no one changing trash(which needed it). It seems these days either they are working hard to catch up, or standing. No consistency in their job performance. The patio is nice, big, roomy. And you are not crowded around the entrance. They even have bike parking that is not the fence.

I’m bumping them up a star from my last review in January. Why? Because their customer service has improved. I think they have hired a few new people as well that seem friendly. The biggest change I have noticed– they’re asking my name when I order. I’m not going to lie, I LOVE that! And they’re answering my questions without a look of annoyance or an eye roll. I hope they keep it up!

When you go to a Starbucks, you expect a certain level of consistency. With this location it feels more like they take their location for granted. They have been consistently slow and even though they are friendly once I get to the window or counter, the weight is ridiculous. The one inside Kroger seems to run a lot smoother.

My review today is poor. The guy kept calling me honey and they said they ran out of sugar free vanilla syrup so they were«unable» to make my drink. Not the first time I’ve heard that.

Starbucks has gone down in service and drink quality. It’s like they are not getting trained properly anymore and they don’t know how to make a drink correctly. I used to work for Starbucks for five years so I know how to make a drink. And it wasn’t those automatic espresso machines either. Biggest pet peeve for this Starbucks and every single Starbucks that does this. Quit letting the shots go completely Black before pouring it into the cup. Thats what we call a «dead» shot. It completely ruins the espresso and makes it bitter! If the shot sits there for more than 10 seconds, dump it. Plus. Please!!! Stir your white mocha and mocha drinks if they’re iced. Once the cold milk and ice goes in, the thick syrup doesn’t mix well or at all. The first half of the drink is pure sugar. Also ordered a strawberries and crème frappuccino. It lacked strawberry sauce and was very light light pink in color. I couldn’t taste the strawberry. So disappointed. Although the guy who took my order was nice. The person making the drinks never looked or spoke to any customers, just to the other baristas.

This location is really small and way busy. The team seems confused for the most part. Every time I’ve been inside they forgot something. Drive through seems to be faster than walking in even if it’s around the block wait. I’d rather use my Keurig.

Jerimiah is the best. He is always running register on Sundays. He remembers my name and drink and sometimes it’s weeks in between visits. If it’s busy stick in the drive through it’s going to be faster.

Update: Bumping to 3 stars after a couple good experiences in a row. Orders were right, service was good. Hoping this location can earn back my regular business. Unfortunately this location gets 2 stars. I’ve had my order messed up more than once, and the staff never seems to want to get it right for their customers. I’m sorry but when I spend $ 5 for milk and coffee I expect to get what I order. There are enough Starbucks in the area with a drive-thru that I can drive an extra few miles out of my way to avoid this location. My #1 complaint is how painfully slow this location is. I’m usually driving away with my order 15 – 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Seriously?! And I know there are issues because when I get my iced coffee the cup is extra sweaty and already watered down. This tells me they made my drink and it sat on the counter for a while before I finally got to the pick-up window. Not cool Starbucks. Staff could take some smiling classes too.

I asked for a black iced tea latte. They got my order wrong twice. The barista went back and complained to her coworkers after messing up the first time. Then they messed up again after making me wait 15 minutes for a new drink. Is this one drink really that hard to make?

Drink order was wrong, so I sent it back– not a big deal until the barista rolled his eyes, threw the ice out of my drink added more coffee & handed me an iced coffee with absolutely no ice.

This isn’t the fastest Starbuck’s I’ve been to, but that’s my only complaint. My drinks are always made correctly, the staff has been very friendly, and the ambience is relaxing. Unfortunately, I am always on the way to work when I go, so I haven’t had a chance to just hang out there and leech on their wifi. Another nice thing is that it’s next door to Baker Bros so you can get a nice lunch and a coffee!

Fast, Delicious and Friendly Staff! i don’t think everyone in the area has caught on that they’re open bc the drive thru is always wide open. i live down the street and i’m taking advantage! i’m sure they’ll get busier as they always do, but they’re great now and i’m sure they’ll be great when they get busy. :)
