Starbucks

No matter when I hit that drive thru I can never seem to get my drink all the way full. Weather hot drink or cold drink that’s always three quarter of the way full and whipped cream never goes above the lip of the lid even with the topper on it you think that they could fill it up all the way to the top. Extremely disappointed in this location most likely will never return here again.

I would like to «apologize» to the Hard Working Barrista’s for a highly inappropriate Unilocal posting I recently made. I believe that Starbucks has very hard working employees who give 100%. I recommend this Starbucks location to all.

I love the baristas at this location.
When you have happy people behind the counter, it says a lot for the team working in the store. Beyond their control, however, was the price hike that Starbucks recently applied. Instead of getting my latte-​to-​go here 3x a week, I head over to QuikTrip for a machine-​made quick cuppa.

Yay a new Starbucks location, and one with a drive thru! First time I pulled up I was a little freaked by the huge digital image of the barista staring at me, ready to take my order. During my most recent trip the monitor was cracked and off. I did confirm at the drive thru window that the baristas can see the customers too (it’s not a one-​way look into our car). A little different, but I can get into Starbucks trying to use technology to be a little more «friendly» with their service.
But yah, this is a Starbucks. Same menu, same drink options, same free AT&T wifi, etc. Folks here are super friendly, always giving a little chit chat before handing over your crack drinks.
I still cannot get over how the one drink I always order tastes different every time I order. Does not matter where I order it (even across state lines), some versions are sweeter, some are way more bitter (nasty). I mean, it’s a recipe right? That’s why there are lines on the iced cups– to pour the proper amount of milk, etc. I feel like I could get behind the counter and mix up my drink the right way. C’mon Starbucks– you have one job! Still, I’m addicted.
Crossing traffic on Main street is a nightmare, especially in the morning during rush hour traffic. Forget about it. Easiest way to access the drive-​thru is to come east on Golden Triangle and turn right into the shopping plaza– then the drive-​thru entrance is there on your right.

The good: Fast, efficient drive-​thru; tasty beverages, perfectly warmed breakfast sandwiches.
The bad: The last two grande lattes I’ve ordered came to me with almost 2 inches of foam on top (and hence a lot less latte). I quote the Starbucks definition of latte: «thin layer of foam.» If I wanted that much foam, I’d order a cappuccino. It’s not a good feeling to pay for a grande and be given what is essentially the contents of a tall.
I’m always on my way to work, so I haven’t taken the time to complain. I’ll probably give them one more shot (on a Saturday when I’m not so rushed and have time to voice my disappointment, if warranted).

Place is nice

First off, they got my order wrong. How they can get a Mocha Frap wrong is beyond me. I ordered 2 Mocha Fraps. The first one they gave me tasted horrible. The second one tasted fine. Then the re-​make of the first one tasted equally horrible. I will never come back here.

Very friendly and genuine service! They’ll take the time to specifically know what you want and provide good recommendations/​alternatives if they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for! What really wowed me though was the architecture of this location! The patio is beautiful and the interior has a nice modern urban feel to it with their lighting and furniture. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks around DFW and this is probably my favorite! Good place to study and get things done; also good location for group studies.

Love this location because the drinks are made CORRECTLY and they LISTEN. I am addicted to Starbucks’ iced green tea and I hate when they add too much ice. When ordering, I always mention «light ice» — sometimes I get that but a lot of times I don’t. However, at this location, they actually listen and make the drink as I order it. Awesome! The baristas here are very friendly, too! :) When you order in the drive-​thru, the barista’s picture pops up in the screen and you FaceTime each other as you make your order. :) They have a small patio with a pergola roof with a ceiling fan and a few tables.
The only downside to this location is the parking lot exits during times of congested traffic. If you’re headed south on 377 or east on Golden Triangle, you’ll have no issue. Opposite directions may be a little more tricky.

Thanks to the girl with dreads who put her coffee expertise to use on me this morning. Trying to create a new drink off of the menu items made me feel stupid but I really wanted something different (and cheaper). So, she helped me pick one out and didn’t laugh at the elementary questions I had.
Also, STARBUCKS CORP, please turn down the brightness on your new video menu in the dark, early mornings. Ouch, my eyes. They burn! It’s like looking directly into the sun when you’ve come out of a cave for 14 months. WHAT is wrong with you?!

Best ever! The people who work here are so awesome! If there’s ever an issue please reach out to one of then and they’ll make it right!!! The store inside is cool looking and clean, and they’re super fast, too

At first glance you may think my 3 star rating is low, but Unilocal describes 3 stars as «A-​OK», and that’s exactly what this new addition to Keller is. It’s not a very large Starbucks, and on my visit it was quite crowded, making it feel cramped. The summer heat was keeping the larger than average, perhaps to compensate for the smaller interior, outdoor seating mostly unoccupied, I do believe the outdoor seating has ceiling fans and is covered, so that should help some, if you don’t mind the view of cars on 377. Since this location is at the SW corner of 377 and 1709, the traffic can be heavy, and the view is mostly of cars stopped at the northbound traffic light. Due to location, getting northbound or westbound might be tricky. I’m not sure if there’s a way to sneak out the back, but there is, that might help.
Bottom line: Easy access location, getting out is tricky.

Yummy! I like this Starbucks a lot better than the one in the Kroger near my school. Baristas are super friendly and the drinks are good. Nice and clean too! My mother actually had a hard time understanding the menu and ordered the wrong thing, but the barista got her the right one free of charge! I definitely will be back!

I just recently left another location with a 1 star review… this was the most opposite experience and wish I could leave them 10 stars! They totally made up for my bad experience previously and made my drink perfect! Great customer service and with a genuine warm feeling! I will be making this a regular stop! Location can be difficult to get to if not going south on 377 but it is worth the effort!

The new Starbucks is in a great location and the design is cool. We love having a drive thru in Keller now! Plus CJ is our favorite barista and he moved to this location. There are two hits against it already though. Upon arrival last Friday, I had a hard time understanding the lady working the register. I think she is Vietnamese but I don’t know. She speaks too fast and with a major accent. She is a little snobby too; not a good combo. Also, the tables and chairs were filthy. I brought a guest from out of town and the dirtiness was not impressive. Bummer.

It’s a nice Starbucks. I like it a lot. It’s closer to my home and also really quiet, which I love. Everything is so new and I hope they keep it that way! The patio is extra nice and fancy, probably one of the better Starbucks patios. Not sure, but I think I saw an outlet on the patio which is rare so you can work on your laptop outside:-) Will come back! I hope with the other Starbucks in close proximity, this Starbucks doesn’t get too crowded.

Everyone is so pleasant and efficient here. My order is always spot-​on and it’s a great location.

This is a really nice store. The employees were pleasant to deal with and thank you to the corporate Starbucks employee that paid for my order. The recipes were dead on accurate. The lemon Pound cake was awesome! Thank you for a pleasant experience. I believe if ½ the Starbucks in the united States would follow this store Starbucks would be a lot better.!!
