Rude server!!! My husband walked in the store with our corgi, and the female server told him dog is not allowed in the store and he will have to sit outside. He was completely okay with that and then he tried to get her attention to ask if he can order a drink outside. She made eye contact with him but ignore his question. Another costomer was there at the time saw what happened and offered to watch our dog for him. She even told him that she has bad experience at that particular location as well. At that point, He was in no mood getting a drink from Starbucks. We have never been to a business where We felt so disrespected. I’ve always told Starbucks is a dog-friendly business. That is obviously not true! False advertisement! Being a dog-owner equals being ignored by your server and not being serviced! Unbelievable!

Rude and unhelpful. Act like customers are bothersome and didn’t even have friendly faces on Mother’s Day morning. No thank you even.

Small, very small place. Busy as any Starbucks could be. They filled my drink efficiently and got my needs taken care of. Usually the baristas in most Starbucks are personal and friendly. Not so much with this crew this day. They weren’t rude, just focused and didn’t smile, say hi or bye, just straight neutral business. Not much place to sit, as this is an tiny place. The location isn’t good with the parking. Not much they can do about that, this is a strangely built chaotic shopping center and parking lot.

Slowest Starbucks ever. They weren’t even that busy but I waited 9 minutes for my coffee because they left one girl to do all of the work. I heard an Asian lady say to someone on the phone that she was the store manager. As a co-worker and especially as a manager, she should’ve jumped behind the bar and helped her employee. Instead she was chatting with a customer/friend on the other side of the bar while 6 – 7 people waited on one girl to make their drinks. No one wants to wait 10 minutes for coffee.

This location is where Menchie’s used to be. No drive through, but it’s next to the apple store. So if you have to wait for a ‘apple genius’ you can pop in here and get your caffeine fix. I have a unhealthy obsession with cute mugs and tumblers from Starbucks, and they always have a good selection and even a bunch on sale. I’ve never had a drink made poorly but my orders are never complicated. It can get a bit crazy in the mornings trying to find parking.

Coffee drinks and food were good, solid fare as expected at these prices and from this chain. The employees who would not look us in the eye or respond to «thank you» was unexpected. Rude and surly might be too strong but cold and unfriendly are good descriptions.

Everyone here was really casual talking as I was trying to place my order I had to wait for them to stop talking about another co-worker who they apparently didn’t want to work with, so that through me off. Normally when you go to a register employees should stop talking about personal things and try to help the customer, but oh well no biggie. But the Strawberry Smoothie I paid almost $ 5 for was gross. Never again would I waste my money, I couldn’t even finish it, it was that bad. And for a non-coffee drinker it would be nice to have other items on menu that would more tasty then watered down strawberry smoothie.

Usually never too crowded in here and the outdoor seating is pretty nice. Some of the employees are good and apparently hate Valentine’s Day, haha. Always clean. Creepy waiting room for the one bathroom.

I used a Starbucks reward and requested a ridiculously custom drink. They were extremely accommodating and the drink was great.

Unacceptable experience here– I came here for the first(and last) time on Christmas Eve with my family while shopping in the square. I was wary as I approached the counter to hear the male barista telling the women who had just ordered«ok, but I don’t feel like I was being rude.» I began ordering our drinks, my dad has high blood pressure and has had to switch his usual Americano to a half decaf americano per doctors orders, so I asked for a half caff Americano. In all the noise of the busy café my dad hadn’t heard me say that, so he clarified«I need it to be half decaf, please,» to which the barista snipped«that’s exactly what ‘half caff’ means, thanks.» My dad explained to him that he had recently been given an americano that was half espresso and half&half after ordering it that way near his office in Dallas and had nearly gagged on it, and the guy replied«well you’re dealing with an expert now.» He was unabashedly cocky and found his own comment hilarious. Even though there were already two guys making drinks, he left the register and went over and made our order. Instead of either of us receiving Americanos, he gave us two cups of decaf brewed coffee that were labelled Americanos. My father and I have been drinking the same drink for years, and we know with certainty that these were not americanos, they didn’t remotely taste, smell, or look like espresso. Not as serious, but he also charged us for extra whip on my husbands drink and then didn’t put it on the latte. I haven’t come across anyone that rude and arrogant in a very long time, I didn’t get his name but he had longish, light-brown hair. My husband was furious and wanted to take all the drinks back in, but I didn’t want to hold all of the other customers up because it was very busy already. It certainly wasn’t how we expected to be treated after years of great Starbucks experiences, especially on Christmas Eve. If you do visit this location– don’t dare offend this delicate genius by clarifying your drink order!

Well, Jess is the most miserable barista I’ve ever met at any Starbucks location around the nation. I guess everyone has bad days, but wow. With several locations in the area, I can drive the extra 0.8 mile.

Typical, good, Starbucks coffee. Limited seating in the inside, kind of a bummer for the corner spot location. But the coffee is good & the staff was friendly & quick.

This store is brand new and very nice, but there isn’t a lot of seating if you’re coming to do work or hang out. Tons of parking and right on University, so it’s easier to access than the recently closed store that was down the block. The service is excellent: friendly baristas who always remember my drink, and who are always willing to accommodate. There are long lines intermittent throughout the morning(as is normal for a coffee place), and they’re still working out their system to expedite service.
