Taco Cabana

My husband came here and ordered the mixed fajitas ½lb with refried beans through the drive thru. He asked for some limes and salsa ranch as well. When he checked the order they only gave us steak fajitas and charro beans with no limes or salsa ranch, so he goes back in and tells them that they messed up his order and they said okay and replaced it with the SAME EXACT THING so still no chicken in the fajitas. So he goes back to the counter again and tells the manager, he also asked if he could keep the meat they gave him for the inconvenience and she said no that they reuse the meat and he told them that he touched it because he was checking to see if the chicken was underneath it. And she still said no that they’ll use them AGAIN. Umm isn’t that against health code??? Long story short he was there for 30mins and at the counter TWICE trying to fix his order.

Never eat Taco cabana!!! They’re cheap ass TexMex !! Ordered a burrito, got 2 damn burned pieces of steak, called back to inform the manager and she argued wit me there was more meat, rather than apologizing! Here is the proof! Shitty burrito! Woulda been great had I asked for a vegetarian burrito!!! Fort Worth tx off seminary… DO NOT SUPPORT!!! BTW I reported the stupid ass manager to corporate as well. Would have been much easier to say yes, and sorry than argue with me. Now I will not let this go until I have her job! That pays minimum wage sure. Poor food and customer service!

My visit today really surprised me. I’ve always been a huge fan of Taco Cabana. I love their flautas and their salsa bar. Today, instead of just ordering flautas, I ordered a combination plate, which consisted of a crispy beef taco, a cheese enchilada, a chicken flauta, and rice and refried beans.
After taking my «number» and sitting down, my platter was delivered to my table after a short wait. When the platter arrived, I was surprised the cheese enchilada had no sauce on it at all. It was just an over-​cooked enchilada. The plastic plate was also somewhat melted where the food had been microwaved. The crispy taco and the flauta were both very good. At least now I know what to stick with when ordering.
