I went from having basically having invisible lashes to having beautiful lashes! The Lash Lounge is a cozy little nook & from the outside you’d never guess what your walking into! Sweet & very polite staff. Comfort level for me was a 10! Ebony did my lashes & I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! She made me feel so comfortable & relaxed. When we were done it was like magic! Lol… I had these beautiful perfect lashes! I know it is a little pricy… but ladies!!! It’s so worth it! I can’t wait to get my fill & I would & have been recommending The Lash Lounge to everyone!

How do I post before and after photos? I am madly, wildly and crazy in love with my lashes! They are absolutely beautiful — no mascara necessary!!! I was lucky to call the day of (Friday, May 6^th) and get an appointment that afternoon with Ebony. She’s an artist… amazing work and just adorable. I’ve gotten tons of compliments on them already and they are so far very easy to maintain. I also opted for the eyelash tinting prior to having the eyelash extensions put on even though Ebony said that mine were dark enough to forego the tinting — I’m glad I did as it looks great on the lower lashes. Due to go back on May 14^th for my first fill — will update review at that time.

Absolutley love the Lash Lounge Alliance. I cant not say enough wonderful things about them! From the time I walk in the door until I leave its VIP treatment. I just started getting my lashes done about 2 months ago with Eboni who is ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING I feel in such good hands with her and she always has me leaving looking gorgous. Love my lashes from The Lash Lounge! Very professional and personal! The staff is awesome and Kim, the owner, will make sure you are satisfied with all services. Also had makeup done for a wedding and was delighted! Love this place and the staff!

This was my first experience with lash extensions! I wasn’t aware there were so many options, but Ebony went through all of them with me. She asked a lot of great questions, to ensure I was getting what I really wanted. She is friendly, makes you feel very comfortable and seems to genuinely love doing this service! I am very, very pleased with the way my lashes turned out! Would definitely recommended this place.

My first time to ever visit. They were super nice and welcoming. Ebony did a fantastic job telling me all about the process before we even got started. My lashes are amazing and I will be back in 2 weeks to get fills. Ebony is the best!!!

Absolutely LOVE my lashes! I had the original set and now have had a refill and love them even more! Riddle is AMAZING and makes you feel completely comfortable and relaxed! They are such a nice treat for myself and I am so glad I pushed myself to get them! Worth every cent!

So excited to share the details of my experience today at The Lash Lounge (Alliance location).
For some background: I got my extensions done last Thursday, the 26^th at 1 pm by Ashlynn, who was professional and very friendly. (She was accidentally late cause of traffic and Bobbi at the front was sweet enough to offer a free lash tint… I’m pretty mellow so it didn’t bother me at all) I ended up loving everything about my lashes!
On Friday I flew to Denver for a friend’s birthday party. My eyelashes were a hit and looked FAB with the rest of my makeup done, HOWEVER, I noticed when I woke up on Saturday and Sunday morning, I had lashes all over my pillow and sheets at the hotel. Yes, I had followed all the directions and hadn’t wet my lashes or used any mascara, etc. and figured I’d wait to come back to TX to give them a call.
I woke up today, Tuesday, and realized that one eye had wayyyyyy more lashes than the other making one eye look bigger than the other. I decided to call, spoke to Bobbi and explained my situation. She remembered me and was just as friendly when I made my first initial appointment last week. Without hesitation, she fit me in SAME day but explained that Ashlynn was on vacation and Ebony would take care of me to fix the issue. An hour or so later I get a sweet call from Kim, the owner assuring me that they appreciate my business, would like to take care of me and to please let her know how my appointment turned out.
Fast forward to meeting Ebony, LOVE HER! Kim or Ebony, if you’re reading this, this girl is amazing, all around. She was sweet, extremely thorough, and knowledgeable. She sat me down to figure out what went wrong and walked me through next steps and assured me that they would fix my one-​eye-​bigger-​than the other look. Long story short, I walked out without any charge to fix and add the lashes that had fallen out. Ebony also took time to walk me through next steps and maintenance to prevent this from happening again. It was my pleasure to tip her because she did such an amazing job regardless of the lashes falling out, she treated me like a new, first time client.
Overall, what could have been an awful experience (or review) was turned into a perfect ending thanks to an extremely courteous, professional and efficient team/​management who offered a solution without my asking. I know good service when I see it and I highly recommend Ebony (or Ashlynn when she’s back from vacay) for any lash services.

I’m a long time Lash Lounge client, but new to the Alliance location. Well, they are fantastic all the way around! You are always greeted with a warm smile and made to feel right at home. Riddle and Alexis are both very skilled at lashes and I highly recommend either one of these ladies.

I love this place! Spend every Monday afternoon here. They are always friendly, know my name and exactly how I like my lashes. I use Riddle and every time it just gets better. She is professional and right on point. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone should come here and have amazing lashes like me.

I have been getting my lashes done for over 3 years in the Richardson area. I have tried one other place since moving to this side of town but the glue bothered me something terrible. I have had a new set and 1 fill at this location of the Mink. I am in love! You can’t feel them at all, the glue doesn’t bother me and doesn’t look clumpy as its growing out and I am going 3 weeks between appointments. Super happy customer!

Worst lashes I’ve ever had! I have worn lashes for years and when I relocated to Texas I was seeking a new salon. I came in to have a fill, they convinced me to get a new set and I left with less lashes then before. They are absolutely horrible, thin, & going in every direction. They still made me pay the full price and claimed no one was available to fix them. I was forced to go pay more money elsewhere to have them fixed. To make matters worse The owner said she would call me but never did. I recommend Staying away from this franchise. I give it NO stars!
