They always get my order wrong. Or they forget to give me a vital utensil like a fork to eat my salad. They will forget to put some of your order in your bag, which sucks because then you have to go in and get the order fixed and they give you attitude for wanting what you ordered.

Check your order before you leave at the 7th St store in Ft. Worth, TX. Someone there sure didn’t pay attention. Just ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches with just mustard, tomato, lettuce, and onion. They globbed mayo on it! Most things can be removed, worked around. Not mayo. It ruined the whole sandwich. You could barely tell there was any spice in the spicy chicken because it was destroyed by the glob of mayo!!! And my chicken was not the quality I am used to for Wendy’s. Keep that up and they’ll be closing soon. Sad because I really liked their food.

Great burgers, some very cheap combos (check the deluxe section), freakn’ fast service and terrific frosty’s.
Plus, I think it’s brilliant that they let you change your side from french fries.
