Jitter Bean is hands down the greatest coffee in Humboldt County. Customer service is always great, drinks are always incredible and the wait time is very short. In the past, I have had a messed up drink (maybe because it was crazy busy?), but they are great about remaking your drink if you take a sip and notice somethings wrong. The staff are always super friendly and ready to crack jokes with you while you wait. Some things can be a little pricey, but that’s to be expected from a company that uses good quality ingredients. Kris and Rick really know what they’re doing with this place!

I love coffee, and Jitter Beans Sumatra is great. It’s smooth and not bitter like Starbucks. My favorite coffee and nice people. Not perfect every time but nearly.

I ordered the Wild berry T n Tea and my husband ordered the Daddy’s Special. Both very delicious!!! Great selection of both hot and cold drinks. The employees, Erik and Samantha were welcoming and friendly! They also have treats for dogs, so cool!
