I lived at these apartments from July 2012 to October 2014. The complex is on the same lot with two other complexes. That makes it sound huge, but really it isn’t. There is a pool there, but rarely used by anyone. The place as a whole is very clean. The appliances dont appear to have been recently updated. No bugs or insects of any kind. Only time I ever noticed noisy neighbors was on saturday nights, when the people from one of the other complexes would have loud parties. I never had any problem with utilities. The neighborhood is very nice and I had no qualms leaving my motorcycle unlocked. Never had anything stolen. The neighbors all keep to themselves and seem to rarely talk to each other. Mostly families live here and young professionals. I recommend it for people of that type. There is an Asian market within walking distance. It is getting more expensive to live in this area, which is why I moved away. But, I think this was one of the better living circumstances in Foster City for the price.

This place is very beautiful and very well maintained. This place looks like a hotel once you walk in; everything is just so nice. They have a nice laundry mat and a great workout room. They even have a elevator! I really like this place and the property manger is such a nice person. This place definitely deserves 5 stars!

AVOIDTHISPLACEATALLCOSTS!!! The worst apartment complex in Foster City. The building is 30+ years old and everything is falling apart. I stayed there little over 2 years because it was the least expensive apartment complex in the area(what I mean inexpensive in Foster City is ~$ 1,500/month for a 1-bedroom apartment). During that time, the roof leaked, the garbage disposal broke down multiple times, there was frequently brown liquid in the bath tub, the downstair neighbors kitchen sink clogged, it took them a week to fix it and we were asked not to use the kitchen sink in the meantime. The staff doesn’t return phone calls and the maintenance is non-existent. To top it off, they didn’t return my $ 500 security deposit, even charged me to wash the carpets even though after 2 years it’s supposed to be considered casual wear/tear and the renter shouldn’t be charged. I’m still fighting to get my money back.
